Overpriced and unprofessional service! Their website advertises false services! I paid $650 for some guy to “clean” bird feces with a clorox wipe. He basically just smeared it all over the wall. Their website states you provide “Bird Waste Removal, Cleaning & Sanitation” and details the service as “...they will scrape beams and walls to remove any residue. Once the bird droppings and waste are completely removed from the affected area, the technicians will sanitize and disinfect the affected area.”. However, this level of service was not performed. The tech merely wiped down my siding with Clorox wipes. I would not consider that a “sanitize and disinfect”. Bird feces is toxic and should be handled and cleaned with care. For $650 I was expecting a thorough sanitize and disinfect as stated on your website. My idea of this would include spraying the walls with an approve bird feces cleaner, scrubbing the area, pressure washing the ares, then perform a final cleaning with a sanitizer and disinfected.

After freaking out with a bat in my belfry (basement actually), Destiny was awesome explaining your service and Chris was awesome teaching me about bat habits and finding the source, a gap in my NEW roof, needs capping. This company is highly recommended !!!

I'm having a great experience with wildlife pro. They removed one raccoon a couple weeks ago. I now have another one called wildlife pro, they came right out to got number 2 at no charge. I highly recommend them. 10 star if available.

Matt at AWildlife Pro did an awesome job humanely capturing a raccoon family who took up residence in our attic. He was very responsive and respectful and educating. He set the traps to catch the momma, then collected the babies in the attic and cleaned the area where they were nesting. He also repaired the spot of entry. We were happy that the family will be relocated together. Matt shared his knowledge and was patient with all of our questions. So nice to witness his hard work and integrity! Will definitely call A Wildlife Pro again if the need arises.

It's an uneasy feeling having a racoon wander around your attic while your family sleeps below. A call to Kris and his team is all you need. The staff at the office was a pleasure to deal with and someone from his team was out a few hours later. Polite, quick and efficient. Problem solved. A+

A Wildlife Pro saved a life today! In the process of a move my very fat cat decided he wasn't going. He managed to wedge himself into the concrete and wood beams of the basement ceiling? With no way of freeing him and even the fire department was stumped. I was desperate and time was running out! They responded IMMEDIATELY! They were so incredibly polite, patient, and understanding!! After almost 3 hours and lots of effort they rescued Bert from the wall and into a carrier SAFELY!! I cannot thank Chris, Liz, Matt, and Ryan at A Wildlife Pro enough!!! Seriously I was out of help and hope and they made a very difficult situation better and I am forever grateful!! If you ever need the help with an animal they are your saving grace!!!!
