I was impressed with Diane at the office she got me an appointment immediately which I’m so thankful. Jeff was the service tech. He was so professional, thorough and really went above and beyond . My tenants had a carpenter ant problem and he came and spent 1 entire hour investigating and treating. So far no calls from tenants … no news is good news . Thanks to a great company for exceptional service!

Yellow jacket nest hidden behind the trim of the house. Should be good. Nest slightly active after service but was told to give it 2 weeks for a full kill. Came on time and was happy with the service.

We have No rodents and now no black flies or spiders. From the time I called the office and spoke with Diane, A-1 is a great, kind business!

A1 Exterminators is great. They have helped us identify issues and recommend treatments - some ongoing, others more short term to address specific problems. After service, you get an emailed report immediately with what they did and what, if anything they found. Chris the technician is great and always gives us a heads up call to let us know he is coming. Highly recommend!
