Chris has been back to my home twice and I couldn’t be happier! He clearly explained everything, thoroughly treated my home, was very respectful, patient with my dog, and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Just had a pest control technician come out. Richard Bryant (Richie) was able to perform an inspection quickly. He was very professional and efficient. Inspected the attic, crawl space, interior and exterior of the home. I would strongly recommend and will use this service again. Richie was able to communicate all concerns very well.

I feel blessed that your employee Jed came to my aid yesterday. I called A&A for a 2nd opinion after feeling suspicious concerning a previous visit from another pest control company. I retired from a company that put much importance into excellent customer service. Jed provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough in his investigation of my house's crawl space. He brought me similar evidence to that of the 1st company. But he looked long enough to comfort me that the evidence was only from minimal past insect damage and not any extensive current or recent damage. He assured me that no treatment was necessary at all whereas the previous company had explained that extensive and very costly treatment was necessary including annual treatment. I am about to sell my home. The previous company's diagnoses could have greatly damaged my ability to sell my home. Plus, Jed did a very thorough search for ant infestation elsewhere on my property (which is why I initially called for pest control) and discovered clear evidence of current carpenter ant activity. I am an elderly, single female and have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous companies. Gregory does an outstanding job servicing our account. Over our many years of homeownership we’ve had a number of pest control services and field techs. Gregory is the best we’ve ever had and by a wide margin. He’s an excellent communicator and a very hard worker.
