They called to confirm ahead of time and again when they were on the way, giving me an accurate estimated arrival time. The team did an excellent job installing the one-way trap to remove the raccoon from my attic and repairing the damage to the soffit caused by the animal. We had a family of squirrels living in our attic soffit and the day after calling Sande the problem was solved. Sande found the entry ways, humanely showed the squirrels the door (one-way) and securely sealed all the access points. Great communication, very thorough and followed up with before and after pictures and the cost was very reasonable with no surprises! Highly recommend Sande.

I called Sande and he came the next day! He was coming from a job site in Mississauga and I lived in East Toronto on the day he arrived! I need to remove squirrels and patch up the huge hole with a screen. Sande came with his assistant Sam and both guys were awesome! He even cleaned out my gutters. Even before I became a customer and was just looking for info, Sande took time to explain what so needed, how the work would be done, and what to ask his competitors to make sure I was getting the best service. I got a quote from two other companies, one that was sky high and one that overquoted for footage & materials on my roof - I called Sande and asked if he could work with the price they quoted, and not only did he give me a slightly lower price, but he was the most thorough of everyone and able to do the work the next day. I felt safe having Sande & Sam at my house - they were both very polite & considerate. Sande is knowledgeable and helped me to decide on the best way to execute the job because of the shape of my roof. The work he did is clean and even though it’s metal mesh around my whole roof for keeping squirrels out , it looks very nice and he did it in such a way that you barely notice it. I have told all my neighbours about Sande & this company. 10/10, I highly recommend him & I can say that with certainty, cause I called a bunch of places! He has the best customer service, incredible quality work, provided pics and videos so I could see everything on top of the roof, only suggested work that needed to be done (no extras like some of the other guys tried to add-on) and also ended up being the best price.
