Ive been with them for over a year now. Their prices are really great and my Tech Ken always does an outstanding job! It's nice having the consistency of the same Tech unlike some companies just send whoever happens to be up for that day. Anytime I've had extra issues, he's been the one to help me get my problems resolved!

I work with Aantex Pest Control on a regular basis and recently there was a little scheduling mix up. I understand that we are all human and mistakes are inevitable, but I wanted to come on here and express my gratitude for Kimberly, Vanessa, and Tim. Those three go above and beyond for my office on a regular basis, and I cannot thank them enough. For example, today all three of them took part in clearing up the mini scheduling catastrophe at a quadraplex that my office manages. They got this done within the hour. They are extremely efficient and overall great at what they do, I hope that their customer service skills rub off on the rest of their colleagues.

Matthew C came out this morning to inspect my ongoing rodent issue. He was respectful, courteous, patient and polite. He answered my questions and gave his honest feedback. The outlook looks grim but I have a better grasp on the scope of the situation. Thankfully, both Matthew and Bob are very knowledgeable about these pests. I especially appreciate the courtesy traps. Since it is a significant financial investment, I have a better idea of what to expect in the future. Our experience with Aantex was outstanding. After several other companies tried to oversell services and use fear-based tactics, Bobby’s down-to-earth approach was extremely refreshing. He was honest, friendly, and clear about exactly what needed to be addressed—without pushing anything unnecessary. He completed the work the same day and was exceptionally professional and tidy. Bobby turned the whole experience into a positive one.

A gentleman arrived to identify entry points for my house for mice. He was cordial and professional. He identified and sealed a few entry points for me, set up couple of traps where mice droppings were found. He talked me through everything he did beforehand and after. I am satisfied with their help, and I recommend this company. Also the bonus points, he didn't charge me for his time, citing holiday season. Pleasantly surprised with the kindness, thank you again!

This is a great company! Their techs are very courteous and professional. I like that they alert me when they arrive at my property so that I can make sure the dog is in the house. They clear cobwebs and spray thoroughly. They arrive in the time window provided and they are respectful of the property. Joe serviced my property today and was patient and took time to talk to me about an ant issue I was having and explained to me how it would be resolved and what to expect. He was patient and respectful. I hope I am lucky enough to have him as the tech for my property going forward. I highly recommend this business. The entire process of scheduling, reminders and auto payments is seamless.
