Top-notch customer service from the office staff to the owner. When a colleague or clients ask me for a recommendation for a great pest company, my answer is always, "Call Aardwolf first!"

I sent them a picture and video of something that I thought was a termite. Without telling me it was not a termite they offered how they handle bonding and treatment. That seems a bit dishonest. It turns out this is something called a Springtail, which is similar and likes wet and moist wood areas like around doors, but is definitely not a termite.

I didn't get to experience the service because no one showed up and when I called after waiting over an hour, the woman who I spoke with was super rude and offered no resolution. She just kept saying "There was no answer at the door and the phone went straight to voicemail." OK, so what do we do now? Yall need a new receptionist/dispatch. She's costing yall customers.

Today was our quarterly indoor pest service by Aardwolf & our first experience with Lauren. WOW! She is amazing! This was by far the most thorough service we've had. In addition to the great service, she is incredibly personable, polite & upbeat, something that is seldom found in today's work force. Lauren's attitude made the whole experience a pleasure rather than a chore.

They sent a driver, who I wouldn't know the name of if he hadn't called ahead of time, James... To my home in Oxford to do an inspection. I arrived home to find a toilet full of piss, a dirty sink and $108 cash missing out of my tub. Now because it's cash, it's a lost cause but, this company was the only one with access to my home. Do not call these people unless you want your valuables to grow legs.
