This company is AMAZING! I had yellow jackets coming in my dining room at 3 PM and they had someone here within an hour to help resolve the problem. Evan was very thorough and knowledgeable , explaining everything to us along the way. He definitely made a very scary situation much better in a very timely manner. I am extremely grateful to Evan & Absolute Pest Control.. Pricing was very fair, I would 💯 recommend to everyone having a pest issue!! The company has great customer service and seem to care about the customer. They answer the phone, return calls and are polite and accommodating. They were very fair in pricing and gave me a guarantee. They were always responsive to my needs. Josh is an especially amazing technician. I called Absolute because we had been trying to get rid of the wasps with store bought chemicals for a week. No success. I originally spoke to Brandon this morning who was very honest with me about wasps before I agreed to use their service. Then Evan was at my house in one hour. He was polite and professional. He went at the wasps. Said they should be gone in 3-4 days. If they are still there, they will come out and treat again. I highly recommend this company!

Our friend recommended Absolute Pest Control to assist with our infestation of cicada killer wasps in our front and back lawn. The first person I spoke with was Brandon and I appreciated how nice and professional he was to work with and his knowledge of our pest issue with other locations they had treated for the same issue. I was impressed with all the communication they provided with text updates and Josh called when he was on his way - very impressive! I also appreciated that he scheduled Josh for the service call. He was also very knowledgeable, professional and explained every step of the treatment. He was very thorough searching for all the nest holes and applying the the spray. It was a back breaking job that he did very well. They also explained we may need additional treatments next year but it should be less. We will definitely call them back if necessary. First service call with Absolute. The sales rep, Shauna, was thorough in explaining available services and helpful answering my questions. Scott and Joe came in time today and set out bait traps and sprayed. They explained everything and showed me what they did. Very respectful of our home and careful moving around objects. So far, very positive experience.

I recently had Absolute Pest Control perform an inspection of my home in particular due to an ongoing problem with mice. The inspection was carried out by Scott who was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained a great deal to me as I followed him around both inside and outside. He covered everywhere from attic to basement and all around the perimeter of my house. I learned A LOT in the process. I should be receiving the formal contract to sign today. The inspection opened my eyes and has given me hope that there will be a final fix to this problem which I have been unsuccessfully trying to solve by myself for well over a year. Important to note that the inspection fee of $135 will be put toward the treatment cost so it pays for itself.

From the first call to completion of service I was amazingly impressed. Every person I dealt with was friendly and knew what they were talking about. All questions were answered no problem and within 1 week of the first call my house was treated. This company is professional and will get the job done. I was referred by my brother and will absolutely be recommending they to anyone! A quick shout out to Shawna and Scott for being incredible at their jobs!

Had Josh come out to determine what was happening in our attic. He did a thorough investigation and determined it was bats. We will work with them to rectify the situation. Josh was very professional and he is extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with him during this process.
