Codie at ACTION was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond when he came back to treat my garage that wasn't able to be accessed during my last treatment. He explained everything thoroughly and is coming back to treat the middle of my garage where I had moved everything so he could get to the perimeter. I wish more companies were as thorough and easy to work with as ACTION!!

AJ is a professional. We identified a termite issue with our wood floors. AJ suggested before he drilled that it would be best to have a couple planks removed so he could insure he was drilling as close to the crack where the termites were coming in. We did, and then AJ treated the area. His knowledge of how to tackle our problem was appreciated. I have used Action Termite for 10 years and highly recommend them and AJ!

Right away, the communication was great, I was notified of who, what, where, and clear expectations of the appointment. My tech, David, texted me in the window I was told, and he gave a more accurate ETA. He showed up when he said he would, the he met all expectations, he communicated well and and was both professional and informative. I'm looking forward to his visit next quarter!

I had a time gram from 2-4 nobody ever came then got a text saying the technician truck broke I had reschedule for the next day then I got a text from another technician Rachelle Keller and she said she could come. When she came, I explained how nervous I was about scorpion, and that I had a dog and a young grandbaby she listened her me. She went above and beyond she was very thorough. I appreciate her coming when she did not have to I see she takes pride in her job. I would give her 10 star rating if it went that high she was happy and understanding to my need. Daren McDaniel came out to make sure our termite eradication was effective. He was polite, very helpful, and efficient. He went above and beyond, noticing part of the problem was over on a wall shared with our neighbors. He proactively contacted the realtor/neighbors and took care of the issue. Amazing service above and beyond what I was expecting. Daren made sure our termite problems were solved for good! Definitely recommended!

Darren came out to service my home on a warranty issue. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options, the one he recommended was not to sell me on their service, but to wait and see if any additional issues came about, and see what the best course of action would be. They did everything that was talked about and also explained how they would do the work. After completing the application process the cleanup was excellent. Again a great job.
