After several years of being a customer, I'm considering moving my business. Other reviews complain about not getting their phone calls returned and I know why. I called a week ago and no one ever called me back. If this is how they treat customers when things are fine, how will they be treated if they had a real issue with their home? Considering my options.

I wanted to take a brief moment to make sure I recognize the excellent job that Marvin does every quarter as our technician. He has been servicing our home in Benton for the past about 2-3 years. He is always polite, timely and very professional. Scheduling with him is easy, we trust him in our home and really appreciate what he does to keep our home pest free. I have been with Adams Pest Control for years. I have never had a problem. I love my bug guy Tyler, he's the best. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment he calls sooner than later, he always works with my schedule and he's always on time. Whenever I see a bug, I call, whenever I see anything in my house moving, I call. ( LOL). He does exactly what I ask, and he sprays wherever I ask and then some. Thanks Adams Pest Control........ I gave four stars instead of five because every once in a while I still see a gnat or water bug here or there, I know or I don't think any service is 100% you won't see any bugs at all ever. If I never ever ever say bugs after a spray then yes, I would give a five star..
