We cannot say enough about Advanced Pest Solutions. We have a house that uses SIP panels, which have many advantages, but are prone to Carpenter ant damage. For 20 years, we had used the largest pest company in our area of midcoast Maine. They sent different employees each visit, none of which were familiar with SIPS, so we had to keep showing them the potential problems. Once a novice was accompanied by an instructor and HE knew nothing about them! Ken has specific training with this type of construction. We had the beginning of a problem with Acrobat Ants 24 feet up in the peak of a cathedral ceiling, which they took care of. The difference between what Ken and Selena did treating every part of the house and the other company's routine treatment was like night and day. It took them at least twice as long, yet their price was actually lower and they were far more pleasant to work with! They deserve every success!

Ken and Selena were great! They removed my boldface hornets' nest quickly and efficiently. They also did a thorough check of the interior and exterior of my home to identify any other pest issues. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Priced a bit lower than competitors, which dandy enough, what I believe sets these wonderful folks apart is they do not require a contract!
