I have had Aiken Pest control for a year. Jerry is great. Every time I have a bug problem, he is there to remedy the issue. When I was considering crawl space encapsulation, I never thought about Aiken Pest Control. One of my neighbors told me about them so I thought I would give them a a chance to give me a quote. I’m sorry but I forget the name of the gentleman who came to review the area but he was excellent, very thorough and professional. I was then in touch with William who was excellent. Also, very professional and was very patient with my many questions and concerns. We agreed on the price and William explained the timing for the project. I cannot say enough complementary things about the crew William sent. They were all very hard workers and they completed the work in the promised time even after running into one slight bit of difficulty which was not their fault. I highly, highly recommend Aiken Pest control both for bugs and an encapsulation project.

Ms.Amber( office lady) is always very friendly and helpful. Also our pest control guy Mr.Robert is always friendly, professional and very punctual person. The information for service said that the will be at my house between 8 am and 5 pm but he showed up perfectly 8 am and is always like this.
