If I could give this company a ZERO, I would. I hired them for termites after I found 2 tubes on the foundation of my home. The came out and installed the bait tubes and guaranteed me that would resolve the issue. One month later, I was inspecting the foundation of my home and found 5 more tubes. The technician showed up after I called in and demanded they come out. When the tech arrived he changed out the baits in the tubes an said "ok, I am done"! He did nothing to the existing termite tubes and said the bait tubes could take up to six months to work so basically do not call them back to come out. Meanwhile, I have active termite tubes infesting my house. 2 months later, I come home from vacation and inspect the foundation. I discovered 8 new active termite tubes and immediately called Aimvo and told them they need to come out ASAP. They did come out but the technician looked at the tubes and said ok, there isn't anything I can do for you. Before he left he said to me that "these bait tubes do not work and I should have used a company that trenches the house and uses chemicals to treat your house." It is funny, after each service, they send you a text asking for a review of their service. I replied to the text with a 0 out of 5! When I submitted the review, I immediately received a reply that they would be contacting me "very soon". Very soon to them must mean weeks because I still have not heard back from them and it has been almost 2 weeks. It is clear to me Aimvo only cares about one thing and that is MONEY! Their customer service is horrible, their service is even worse than horrible and their resolution to your issue is missing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE MUCH BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM!

Brian Stanley was amazing! If he can come to my house every time that would be amazing! His communication is on point and he is so educated on the products and services it’s amazing! He really reassured me with the process and making sure no bugs get in my house. Thank you so much! You seriously are the best!

They did an excellent job of spraying my home internally and externally. They were informative and professional. I asked if I had any other concerns and I was told that if I needed another spray in between appointments just call the office and they will come out.

The gentleman that came out today to service. My house was professional and very empathetic to my concerns. He walked with me. I showed him everything that I wanted him to treat. He told me what he would be doing. He told me how it'd be safe for my pet. He treated all the areas he walked my house very methodically.
