    I have been happy with this service since I began last year. I initially contacted APS when I noticed flying ants in my kitchen near the faucet. I sent pics and they confirmed ants and not termites. They came out the next day and have been servicing my home every 3 months since then. They are always on time and very communicative. My family has been very satisfied with APS and Joshua!

    Please note this score is for Lawn Services not pest control. They are 5 stars for termite and pests. However, the lawn weed control service lags far behind. I was billed separately for my natural areas. This year my lawn is overrun with weeds and wild grass is choking out the sod. I was refused weed control for the natural area and told I would need to pay more than what I had contracted, despite paying upfront for a full year. I am very disappointed since the other services are so comprehensive.

    There’s one main reason we have decided to stay with APS, and his name is Heath Bailey. Heath started taking care of our home about 6 months ago and when I say “taking care” I mean that. The guy cares. He cares about his work, he cares about our results, he cares about our time, he cares about our home. He goes above and beyond. He makes all types of recommendations that we wouldn’t have thought of and if he doesn’t know the answer to something or have a solution he will find one. We trust Heath, and because he is with APS , we trust APS.

    Mary Martin was amazing. She came for a follow up visit that she wasn’t even responsible for because the original guy who was supposed to do it quit. She had the best attitude and was very thorough and very nice. I kept her there all evening trying to explain and show her everything. She never rushed me and listen intently the whole time. She was also very knowledgeable, much more so than the guy who did the estimate and the other bug guy. Mary is pretty much a rock star.

    Reed, my technician, was extremely professional and respectful of my time and home. He went above and beyond, even when I was asking him a million questions. As a new home owner, I feel this company has my back!

    We very much appreciate Nick Smith's professionalism, friendliness, and follow-through. When he had an earlier opening than our scheduled time, he courteously called to ensure we would be available. When he arrived, he cogently explained the process he would go through to assess of our crawl space, what he would be looking for and how much time it would take. After Nick completed his assessment, he sat with me and my husband to explain his findings and the work that could be done and answered our questions in great detail. Then left us with the options before us without any pressure to book. Needless to say, because of this level of service, as soon as we looked over the options and calculated the costs, we booked with the company as soon as we could. Thank you for sending your best and making the process of repairing and protecting the foundation of our home much easier!

    I’m a bit frustrated with APS. I’ve been a customer for maybe 20 years and the day after service last week they started hounding me for payment. Calling me, calling my wife, sending texts even before we received the invoice in the mail for $95. I’m willing to bet they don’t pay their invoices the day they receive them in the mail and if their vendors started calling them everyday demanding payment immediately they would probably switch vendors like I am.

    Kyle Kleckner is the absolute best. He came to the house, which isn’t the easiest to find and greeted my 3 little Shih Tzu guard dogs enthusiastically. He then was full of information about my house, and my mother in law’s house, which I really appreciated since we are in a new house. I would definitely recommend this company. We set up termite and pest control.

    APS service technicians are generally great but office management is poor at best. Use them if you’re okay with getting harassing phone calls before you’ve even received your bill and appointment times that don’t match up with what your technician has. If I didn’t like our technician, I would have switched to another company because they aren’t worth the headache
