Brad has been awesome from the jump! We have had service for 1 year now i would highly recommend All-Safe Pest Control, budget friendly, no long contract for service, and they try to have the same person come out which is so nice these days. Ive got over 8 refrigerators and three deep freezers, and a mom with a slight hoarding problem and Brad has kept all the riffraff out of our home! Very grateful for the hard work from Brad with All-Safe Pest

Not impressed by their products. Had an ant issue that they didn’t properly address so I bought my own treatment and ants disappeared. Locked in for another 6 mos or so - as I signed a 1 year contract - $54 / mo. - way too steep for their products & service. Also have to request that they spray inside during every quarterly visit - which I find weird. And you get like a 24-48 hr phone call before they’re scheduled to arrive. That’s just not enough for people that work & have responsibilities. I will not be renewing.

I’m not super impressed with this service and see why they lock you in for a year. It’s an annoying ordeal to get an appointment and I had to request a follow up barely a month after for a respray since I was seeing spiders again. That said, the technicians are always very nice and professional.

I called this company because they had excellent Google reviews. I'm pretty certain I was connected to some sort of call center, rather than the brick-and-mortar location of the local pest control office. The agent only offered a yearly subscription, billed at $50.00 per month, with a one-year commitment, plus a $109 initial service fee, before they would send someone out to ascertain the actual situation. I can't imagine what company would consider it appropriate to require a $600+ upfront investment before a single representative of theirs steps foot in your home. Ludicrous. I proceeded to call two other "local" pest control companies, and was eventually connected to the EXACT same guy. So I'm not sure what's going on here, probably some sort of centralized subscription sales service for local independent contractors who don't maintain an office...but this company will definitely not earn my business. Update: I eventually located a local company with in-house sales, they provided a FREE consultation visit, with options to treat the problem itself with a 90-day guarantee for a set fee, or a cancel-anytime subscription. THIS is how you do business.

I was given the name and phone number by another company. I have given them 5 stars. My contact with them has been excellent from the phone call with Dorothy, and Brad that used the products outside and inside my house. I am a new customer and the first visit to my home. Both have been very helpful. Explaining and answering my questions. I can see why the other company recommended them.
