Kay was one of the most polite and courteous service techs that I have met. She was very efficient in her job and made me feel important to her, not just as a customer, but as a person. Please send her the next time we are due for service.

I’ve used All Things Exterminators for over 10 years and the service has always been great. I recently put my home up for sale and needed service rather quickly. To my surprise, Robert and his team was quite accommodating and met every request! I can’t really explain how much stress that removed from me! Quick to respond and quick to execute! We signed up with All Things Exterminators about 3 months ago. Within a week we had an appointment with Kaylie. She was incredibly nice and answered all of our questions. After just the first service we could already tell a big difference in the amount of bugs in our backyard. My wife and daughter used to not be able to sit outside for more than 30 minutes due to bug bites. This summer they've spent whole weekends outside with minimal annoyance from pests. This month we had a special request to change our appointment date. Shelby was able to accommodate our request. It rained after she started the service so she had to stop. Once the rain stopped she came back to our house on the same day to finish the service. Thank you Kaylie and Shelby!! Called on a Friday afternoon, got Robert *the owner*, on the second ring. I described my bug problem, he knew exactly what kind of hornet I was talking about just from my very poor description I provided, and exactly how to treat the nest. Josh, the technician, was out there 2.5hours later, again, last minute on a Friday night. Josh was kind and very personable, talked me through a realistic maintenance plan. Overall this company will definitely have my business for all things bug related in future, plus they are right here in Hendersonville which is a big bonus ! Thank you guys so much !

I wanted to take a minute to let you know what a good job Javier always does. He is polite, answers my questions, and he asks all the right questions to ensure we are getting proper treatment month to month. He has our porch looking like new. Free of spiders and the webs, dirt dobber nests are gone and not covering the ceiling and sides. I also love the customer service from your company, someone always calls us back and is always polite.

Kay always does a great job on our home, spraying for bugs outside and in the garage, replacing the glue traps, and keeping the mouse traps fresh. We had a fruit fry/ant infestation last summer for a few days. Kay and team came out within a day to get it sprayed, give advice and the bugs were gone within a few days.
