Chris did a fantastic job servicing our house and really listening to our needs. We had an issue with a woven bench that had bugs, and he recommended several non-toxic products to help, in addition to spraying it down himself. He even went the extra mile by rolling up one of our trash cans for us. Highly recommend

We were once a customer a year ago. But decided to give it another try. Chris serviced our house and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. He was very throughly and listen to all the issues that were addressed. We were very satisfied with the service done today! We recommend him coming back to doing all our future services.

We had our first pest control service and termite prevention service today by Maria of All U Need. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered my many questions about how the termite baits work and where they would be placed in our yard. I asked to see what a bait liked like and she showed it to me and allowed me to take a photo so I would recognize them in the yard. Maria is a great representative of All U Need. I am very satisfied that our home will be protected.

Chris did an outstanding job at my home. He quickly identified the source of our ant problem, explained everything clearly, and treated both the ants and cockroaches in a way that was thorough and effective. Within days, there were no more signs of either issue. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he made the whole experience stress-free. Chris Smalley provided our quarterly service today. We have not had any problems with insects for the last year using All U Need. So far so good. Chris even brought our empty trash and recycle bins back up to the house from the road. A little above and beyond your duty is nice to see every now and again!

2+ years with All U Need, I had a recurring ant problem at first, and felt bad having to call them back every few months but they were always happy to come back and retreat the area. I'm happy to report that it's been over 6 months since I've seen an ant inside. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm happy with my services and find the fees to be extremely reasonable for the care they give.
