I used Alley Cat 5 years ago, and they did an amazing job of getting rid of rodents w/o using poisons. They also cleaned and sterilized my crawl spaces and filled or covered vents with wire mesh. I had a 3 year warranty, but in year 5 I had a problem again. I was excited that AC gave me a discount to extend the original warranty, and they sent a technician. He found some new issues that included dry rot that made breaching my space easier for the rodents. I left him to do his thing. A few weeks later I started noticing his work—and it was super sloppy. Basically he filled all the holes with some hard black foam spray that bubbled out all over. The worst part was he filled in all the holes of my decorative foundation vents, so no air was able to flow under my house! Anyway, I was pretty upset, and I called AC again. They sent a new guy (yay, Hugo!), and he cleaned up the previous guy’s poor work. So my point is, every business is going to have a few crummy employees, but AC came back and made everything right. Also, be sure to ask them to show you their work after they’re done. Hugo even took photos of everything he did under my house. I was impressed. I will continue to use Alley Cat if I ever have issues again. I really appreciate the no poison approach—safer for all, especially pets and rodent predators.

For the second time, I have utilized ALLEY CAT services. Their thoroughness and professionalism are evident. I have gained two valuable insights. Firstly, annual consultations are necessary due to the ground’s shifting nature. Secondly, prompt intervention is crucial to prevent further complications. While the cost may be substantial, it is undoubtedly worthwhile. It is commendable that such a job offers substantial financial rewards.

Alley Cat has been a pleasure to work with so far. Punctual, good communication and extremely professional. Kudos to crew foreman Fredy for being clear, friendly, and keeping me up-to-date. Alley Cat only just completed the work - so I will update my review every six months. But I feel they did a fantastic job identifying entry points, blocking them with foam and wire mesh, cleaning up the existing crawlspace and sanitizing.

Mario came today at our request, and performed a very efficient “redo” because I was pretty sure I’d seen a small rat in our garage. Alley Cat had done a marvelous job of rodent proofing our house (primarily the garage and lower foundation) three years ago when our whole neighborhood (Glen Park) was experiencing trouble raised by a neighbor who was leaving massive amounts of bird seed on the street. We have been well-protected ever since. We called on Alley Cat nine months ago when a small mouse somehow found its way into our dining room. We never found the critter but Mario took the opportunity to thoroughly check the structure for possible points of ingress and egress and installed more mesh. I called for a follow-up visit because I saw a small rat skitter away when I opened the garage door. There was no other evidence of a longer visit, but didn’t want to take chances. Mario did a thorough inspection, then found and blocked yet another possible … very small hole that rats might have used. The one-year warranty for a redo is a great feature. I highly recommend Alley Cat.

Johny did an amazing job! Very skilled, professional and thoughtful. He built a door for my attic in 2 hours! Cleaned everything up, and it was well done. Highly recommend

I was honestly in shock and was devastated when I discovered we had a rat infestation. Miro was amazing - incredibly helpful, considerate, very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and put together a smart, detailed plan that made the whole situation feel manageable. I was concerned if the chemicals that are used for the sanitation are safe for my pet, and Miro, as a big dog lover addressed all my questions. I greatly appreciate his time, very detailed explanations and overall support. Thank you very much, Miro!

Ate arrived quickly and removed the 2 rats that were causing a smell. He had been to our place multiple times over the years and is professional, friendly, and quick. He is very responsive when we have smells impacting us outside of the normal trap checks.

Consistent in professionalism and knowledge, the Alley Cat technician; Luisvin was on time and friendly. He was thorough and took the time to answer questions I had out of curiosity. Overall, the job was completed with no interruption to me and allowed me to trust them that they know what they're doing. They actually know what they're doing! TY Alley Cat!!!

Hugo did a great follow-up visit to find out where the latest mice entered our below crawl space. He found the new hole along our foundation, plugged it, then checked under the house to make sure the hole was plugged. We had a major rodent issue and Alley Cat and their team have done a terrific job, and continue to do so. Mike

Juan and his team were prompt and worked steadily for hours to ensure that our house is sealed up and rat resistant. Juan took me everywhere they worked so I could see everything they did. His team hauled away a junk we found while cleaning out our basement and shed for them to seal. I’m very pleased with Alley Cat and will recommend them to anyone needing to exterminate.

Great communication—carefully identified what needed to be done and did it. At conclusion, the foreman, Anibal, reviewed their findings and their approach to address the rat ingress issue. Their photos helped us understand their observations and actions taken. We felt that the price was justified given the high level of service, their professionalism, and the likely outcome—creating a difficult environment for the rats.

Christian, Kelvin, and the Alley Cat crew did an excellent job sealing our home's crawl space and roof attic. The team was extremely professional, thorough, neat, and efficient. I would recommend Alley Cat without hesitation.

Juan came by yesterday and did a full clean of our crawlspaces and sealed all openings. He was professional and friendly and explained everything and showed pictures. He and his team worked hard with limited access issues with a good attitude. I was really happy with the process. Time will tell about how effective it is, but it’s been a good experience so far.

Melvin came within the time window as promised. I received a text notification just before he arrived. He quickly went about his work and reported that he found no evidence of infestation. He was courteous having put on booties to protect our carpets. High marks.

Yoni was great. I went above and beyond even cleaning and sanitizing the inside of a furniture piece that was in the space that was infested. Really appreciate the crew’s diligence on the job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was originally recommended to AlleyCat by my realtor who has used them for years, which makes this experience even more shocking. After three weeks of waiting for my scheduled abatement and cleanup, the crew finally arrived and immediately gave off a rushed, hurried vibe. Unfortunately, that first impression turned out to be absolutely correct. My contractors, who were on site for unrelated work, later documented over 25 photos of areas that were supposed to be cleaned but were left completely untouched. This included mice droppings, contaminated surfaces, debris, and contractually listed items that were simply ignored. I notified AlleyCat management the same day, providing them with the photographic evidence. To their credit, they were polite at first, but then put me back in the queue with no urgency, no accountability, and no expedited solution despite their failure to deliver what I paid for. Fast forward another month before the next crew showed up. They were at my property for less than an hour, most of which they spent simply wandering around without tools. Sensing this was another half-hearted visit, I filmed the entire thing. And just as expected, the cleaning was not done, not even close. I sent the video to AlleyCat customer support immediately. They promised to respond. That was two days ago. Since then, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails, and received nothing in return. No follow-up, no ownership, no remediation plan. Just a complete, unacceptable disregard for a customer who has already proven twice that the job was not completed as contracted. Given the thousands of dollars I paid and the evidence showing they barely performed the work, I have now initiated a formal dispute with my credit card company. After this ordeal, I genuinely feel scammed. My advice to anyone considering AlleyCat: RUN. There are many reputable companies that actually: - do the work they contractually agree to - communicate with customers - and stand behind their services AlleyCat, in my experience, is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, the time, and potentially thousands of dollars. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had a great experience with Alley Cat. From the initial inspection, we felt well informed of our options and they were extremely transparent. Also their work has been incredible! From day one through the consistent follow ups. I highly recommend!

Kelvin headed up a team of 3 or 4 guys and they worked for most of two days cleaning out two hillside cellar spaces and an attic crawl space, and sealing up dozens of entry points on all parts of a large 1908 three-story house. They did a fantastic job, left the inside spaces very clean, and finished both days on time. So far so good! Alley Cat also offers a generous long-term warrantee on the work, and they were good about rescheduling a couple of follow up visits.
