We had a great experience working with Alley Cat! They were easy to get a hold of and always quick to respond. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us informed every step of the way. It made the whole thing feel smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny. I tried for months to get rid of the mice in my condo. Nothing worked because there were holes in my walls they used to nest and move around. Alley cat found and covered all the holes and we are now one month mice free!

Two stars because they are at least nice and responsive but I paid 2500 and the problem didn’t go away. They didn’t even check rooof access and it was clear they were in the walls and heater and didn’t do anything there. I am really unhappy and wish I had gone with the other service that was only like 600. I would avoid. They say it’s guaranteed but it is not actually. They tried to blame the clutter in my home when It was clear they were in the walls and heater vents. They said I needed to clear out all the room so They could see all the walls and even if I had done that it absolutely would not have helped anything. I thought getting the more expensive service was going to be worth it, but it was not. Shop around.

The workers were very courteous and thorough. They found and plugged up new spaces where rodents were entering the crawl space. They cleaned the crawl space , took out old insulation and replaced it and disposed of the bodies. In addition they installed traps in various locations in the house.

Alley Cat always does a thorough job. They arrive on time, work quickly and are always willing to come back to do check ups.

Alley Cat has been very attentive and thorough (and fast) in sealing up the house to rodent-proof it. Before their first visit, a year and a half ago, we saw mice in our kitchen and evidence of rats in our garage and basement room. The problem was cleared up, until recently because of minor home construction we saw evidence of rats again in the garage and basement room, so Alley Cat returned to do more sealing. But the mice in the kitchen didn’t return, and inspection confirmed that the sealing remained effective. I took a friend’s recommendation for Alley Cat rather than price-shopping, especially because they don’t use poison. So I can’t rate their price compared to others.

Johnny B. showed up on time at the apartment building and was clear and concise in what he was going to do and was very professional. He called me after the service to explain what he did which I appreciate. He also gave my tenant tips on how to help with the mice problem.

The alley cat crew was highly professional, very kind and thorough. From inspection to communication to physical work, I deeply appreciate the rat abatement work they did in my garage.
