I have been with Alta pest control for the past 2 years. The service workers have been friendly and knowledgeable, the service is completed in a timely manner with little to no disruption. When I’ve contacted the office about a billing issue or questions customer service has been excellent. You receive a full explanation of service completed and if they’re are problem areas. The price and services are great value, very satisfied and happy to keep the critters out.

Marquel did an amazing job. I have a secondary building in my garden I use just for storage and have never noticed anyone go back and treat that building. I just happened to glance out my window to see him treating this building and was highly impressed.

What a disgraceful company. Jaquan has no manners. My friend was visiting and while we were sitting outside he started spraying chemicals on us. Give customers a chance to move away. There representatives are caught sleeping at job sights and we are tired of their unfriendly service. We will cancel the account. Do not recommend

Cory with Alta Pest Control was amazing. I have not used a pest control service for about 8 yrs. We were sick of seeing ants and hornets/ wasps in and around the house. Alta responded quickly to my request for service. Cory was very professional and conducted a thorough initial inspection and service. Very happy with this process… Thank you Cory!

I specifically got this sign because I’ve had a problem with this company in the past and their aggressive sales people. This kid showed up and bothered me on my day off from work asking me if I’m the queen of the house (very unprofessional in my opinion to address a person this way when you first meet them) and when I asked him what he wanted he proceeded to tell me his sales pitch and in return I pointed him to the sign I have posted on my property. I said “If you don’t know how to read that’s not my problem” and he walked away and said “blah blah blah” like I was inconveniencing him. The sign is so big you can see it from the street curb. My husband works nights so he has to sleep during the day or else our dogs wake him up when people knock/ring the doorbell at our house uninvited. When I get lied to my face with the old “your neighbor just got treatment and we got an offer for you since we’re in the neighborhood” pitch as if I don’t know my neighbors and know they have never used Alta for any pest control, it’s really a test of my patience. If you’re looking for pest control go to Long Pest Control or Rambo Pest Control. Don’t bother with this company.

My experience as a customer with Mr. John He is a very, very excellent employee with Altra Pest Control. He is very patience, kind and most of all helpful handling customers need. He solves the problems with a customers with the spirit of excellence. Altra Pest Control needs more employees like Mr. John. Ms. Sylvia Myles

I had a great experience with our pest control technician Calvin! They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how carefully they worked. Since the visit, we’ve noticed a big difference—definitely more peace of mind. Highly recommend their service to anyone dealing with pest issues!

We had an enormous hornets nest just off our patio and I called quite a few exterminators in my area, most wouldn’t come out for a single service and wanted a contract signed for much more money than reasonable. However Alta Pest Control was super informative over the phone on what they offer and they were able to come out the very next day to take care of the nest. They are affordable so I signed up for a year contract. Very happy to sign with them!
