Called for bee hive control. Jon came out 8-22-25, but was 4 hours late. He texted numerous times that will be there in 5 minutes - these were lies and I should have looked first someone else. Following week a few hives were still active and after numerous texts he sprayed again. He apparently missed a few hives so a week later I followed up again and Jon ignored me for about a week but finally showed up and sprayed. End of September still have 1 large active hive, and after numerous texts in which Jon stated again be right there, he ghosted me.
