We have been using Andy Howard’s for years now and just love them! It’s a family owned business and have the same super nice guy, Bryce do our treatment. I feel extremely comfortable with him coming in and out of our home and scheduling with Cynthia is a breeze. I feel like they are extended family haha. Thanks for keeping our home pest free!

Had an odor coming from a vent in my bedroom. Assumed something had passed in my attic. I called a few places and then my PopPop (Larry Boyd Sr.) let me know about Andy Howard's Pest Control. I called them. Spoke w/ Cynthia. She was fantastic. She listened to me and asked a few questions. She then gave me a good price I could not beat. Next ... She worked to move her schedules around to get me someone to my house. Bryce showed up perfectly ON TIME today. That never happens. Wow! He was properly dressed to show the company he worked for and very polite. He let me show him where I thought the issue was coming from and allowed me to show him the stairs to my attic. (My attic has sprayed insulation. Not easy!) Bryce was fantastic. He found a squirrel. He was able to get it into a trash bag and get it to my trash can. He let me know his thoughts on how it got into my attic. I will work on his suggestions just as soon as I can get a handy man in the attic. Bryce also let me ask him about options for starting up with their service in March/April. He gave me good answers and only suggested things that answered my questions. This was a good visit. Highly recommend Andy Howard's Pest Control. They are very professional and go above and beyond in their work. Last time they treated my back yard, I had forgotten to gather up all the dog toys strewn about, but Baylor did it for me and put them on my porch so they wouldn't get sprayed with pesticides. Really appreciate how kind and thorough they are.
