Matt L gets 5 stars for quickly responding and putting up 2 traps to capture a family of squirrels that had accessed our attic. After several days all had been captured and he kept the traps up until a week had passed. He daily communicated with us. And the last step was taking the attic vent that previously was just filled with wire —- he screwed in a wire cover so the squirrels couldn’t just pull out a wire mesh. Great job Matt!

We have recently had Austin out to our home a few times for wasp control. He's very friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, full of knowledge about proper pest control, and very pleasant to work with. The folks in the office are also knowledgeable and honest about methods to deal with pests. While pest control isn't pleasant by any means, we do research ourselves, and we find their methods follow the laws, just like other licensed pest control companies.

I contacted them for a pigeon problem in my barn as the pigeon drippings are very harmful to my horses. At a cost of $1000.00 they installed commercial freezer curtains to keep the birds out once they chased them out. That didn't happen the birds came back. I spent another $200.00 on magnets to help keep the curtains closed after the horses went in and out. Birds still came back. They set up live traps that were unsuccessful-Austin stated they were the wrong traps. I even purchased a BirdX to hang outside that makes noises that supposedly scares the birds off. Regarding the BirdX I was going to purchase from Amazon but was told they had one that hadn't been used and they could get it set up right away. So stupidly I purchased it from them without thinking. They sold it to me at the same price as Amazon. NOW if I would have bought it from amazon I would have a warranty, be able to return it and it is packaged with a hanging mount. I RECEIVED NON OF THIS FROM THIS COMPANY. The way it was hung - it fell down within days. When I called and asked about trying the live traps again they wanted more money. After the BirdX was paid for they still sent me an invoice requesting payment. That took several calls to straighten out. SO through all of this they didn't solve my problem-still have pigeons and my wallet has a lot less money in it.

Grateful to have found this company! We unfortunately had some wasps/yellow jackets activity in a bathroom exhaust vent, with a few sightings inside the bathroom...
