I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Gerald and his colleague. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all of our concerns, and made sure every detail was handled. It’s such a relief to know our home is being protected by a company that truly cares about doing an exceptional job. Highly recommend!

I have recently used anthem services. The sales rep that I have been dealing with is Mitch. For the last week or so I have been requesting that Mitch send someone over to re-spray my home as the first job was not done properly. I am still seeing spiders and I have also sent him a video of this. And no sweep was done on the interior or exterior of my home by the person who provided the actual treatment. I had sent Mitch a text message letting him know. I no longer wanted to continue with you all services. Seeing as he was not being responsive on getting it completed. I had the opportunity to speak with Christina today. She was a great help. She stated that I should have received a contract from you all and the price that she quoted me was $129. I then proceeded to let her know that that was not what Mitch and I had agreed upon. I was quoted at $99 per quarter. I have also sent her screenshots between Mitch and I with the agreed price. She then asked me what my email address was and I gave it to her and she stated that’s not what she sees on file. She then was able to correct it in the system and she also stated that she saw a different number for me and I gave her the correct number. She then proceeded to send me a contract and I stated I never received a contract initially and she also stated that on the contract it stated that I wanted to opt out of text messages. Not sure how I could’ve opted out of text messages if the email address on file was incorrect in addition to the phone number. Also on the contract there was forged signature/initial that did not belong to me. Looks like Mitch wrote down how he assumed I would write down my initials. This is inappropriate behavior and this is forgery. Keep in mind. I never met Mitch in person. We only spoke on my ring camera because every time he came I was never home.

Bradley did an awesome job! He took his time and made sure everything was covered—inside and out. He even used a super long pole to reach high spots on the exterior and clear out bugs and debris. I really appreciated how thorough and careful he was. Definitely recommend!

Very sloppy work. Sprayed all over my windows in the back and they now have a film all over them. Instead of spraying base of house he sprayed window level around the whole back and on the siding. Opened storm door and sprayed all over the door and glass. It was sloppy and hoping it does not stain my siding. My windows now have to be cleaned. Not happy with my service.

Bradley handled my initial service and made a great first impression. He communicated his arrival time well in advance, and upon arrival, he took the time to walk me through the services before getting started. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Overall, Bradley did an excellent job and gave me a very positive introduction to Anthem.

Natavious did a great job yesterday. The Anthem employee announced himself to me. Asked if I needed any additional services. He was professional and upbeat. He performed exterior extermination maintenance and was gone. I would recommend this company.

Dontavious was excellent! He called 30 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. He treated both the inside and outside of my home thoroughly and explained the process clearly. Very professional, courteous, and efficient—I’m confident my home is well protected.

Ethan was great. Very polite and professional. He did a thorough job spraying my home inside and outside. I love that he used his shoe booties without me having to ask. Excellent service!!!
