Doug and Tim came in to set up the heat treatment in our home. They explained the process to us and answered our questions. Doug continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process. The next day Doug came back and picked up his equipment. He also made sure things were back in place if needed. We are so thankful for the thorough job Apex Pest Control did in our home

Apex is top notch! Great explanation of what was going to be done and how to prep for the service. Definitely recommend if you ever need to get rid of unwanted pests. Hope to never have to use them again but, will be our go to if needed.

I hired them to install protection on my eaves to stop some squirrels that were chewing through the old attic vent fencing. The cost was high but I didn't have time to do it myself. They showed me some nice louvers that would be installed over the attic vents before I hired them, then they did a bait-and-switch and just stapled up some new mesh instead. They charged $700 for what was 1-2 hours worth of work and maybe $50 in materials. They also disconnected my security camera while putting up mesh and left it disconnected with no way to reconnect. I do not recommend.

Doug G. was extremely responsive, very generous with his time, professional, fast, and efficient in assessing and beginning the process of treating our mouse problem! 10/10! We would definitely recommend to a friend and use again if needed!
