    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kwan from Aptive Pest Control was absolutely outstanding! He took his time and was very thorough in explaining and identifying any concerns I had, making sure I felt informed every step of the way. He never rushed the process and was incredibly patient, even waiting outside while I took a moment to tidy up. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend Kwan if you want someone who truly cares about doing the job right!

    I'm very satisfied with Ken's work at my house last visit. He showed that he cared about my house by taking his time to go through everything that I signed up for. I sure do feel safe from the pests. We would recommend Aptive Pest Control and my friends and family. Thank you Ken.

    This was the first visit but so far so good. The technician was professional at all times. Explained everything and made sure any questions I had were answered. I asked him to check on an area in particular for wasps. Which he gladly did and took care of as well. He was on time and provided a complete detail with pictures of all he did and their prices are very reasonable.

    I was very satisfied with the work that Geo completed today. Geo was courteous and gave me a heads up on the service he was going to perform. He also left a reminder of the service completed today. And as usual, he ask if there was anything else I needed him to attend to. That goes a long way in business these day.     I really liked this company because they explained everything they were going to do in my house and gave me a monthly fumigation plan to keep my home safe. What I appreciated the most is that the product has no smell at all, which makes me feel confident it’s safe for my kids, our pets, and for us. The technician who helped me was very polite, explained every detail, and was considerate of my time while I was feeding my daughter. I highly recommend them! thank you mr garison

    We contracted for general external pest control around the exterior of our house and outbuildings. Today a tech came out and spent 5 minutes supposedly doing that. He forgot to do our shed, nor did he inspect the property for other signs of infestation. He texted pictures of the house but not of him spraying anything. The bill for this? $147.22. Even if I’m generous and say he was here 15 minutes that puts their hourly rate at $588.88 per hour. Called their call center to cancel the service and get a refund 4 times. Customer service skills of their managers are abysmal. They interrupt, fight, explain their “policies” but service is not their forte. They refused the refund but, we stopped payment with our credit union. I cannot recommend them for anything other than annoying you and providing a headache.

    I’ve had an excellent experience today and for over the last 6 months with Moses, the Aptive specialist assigned to my property. Moses is conscientious and very thorough. Best of all he knows so much about insects, the pest control chemicals, and the best repellents that get the job done. I was impressed with his customer service and recommend Moses to you. Ginger

    Eric, who came to perform the service, was extremely courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He wasn’t rushed and appeared to really care about his work and doing an excellent job. He explained how to keep my pets safe after treatment. He made me comfortable having a stranger in my home by telling me where he was going to be in the house at all times. I hope kudos are given to him for job well done. This was our first treatment after switching back to Aptive. Makes me question why we ever left!

    Ken is the best ambassador for Aptive. He goes above and beyond every time with his service. No better company out there. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else, the only choice is Aptive if you want the best.

    I’ll be honest — I’ve had some issues with Aptive Pest Control in the past and haven’t always been thrilled with the company. But when Eric Retana came out to our home in Kyle, TX this week, he completely showed what good service looks like. The other technicians from this company, that have visited our home in the past, could take lessons and learn from Eric. Eric was the definition of professional — polite, well-spoken, and sharp in appearance. He didn’t just show up and spray; he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, making sure my wife understood everything along the way. She really appreciated that level of care. Eric is also a military veteran, and you can tell — he brings pride, discipline, and respect to his work. God bless him for his service to our country. My wife is hard to please, but he won her over completely. While I still have mixed feelings about Aptive as a company, Eric deserves five stars all by himself. If you’re in the Austin or San Antonio area, ask for him — you’ll see what true professionalism looks like.

    Update as of 11/14/2025: If I could give separate reviews from Aptive as a company and the Technician I would love that, but unfortunately I cannot so I am leaving the 1 star for now. Let me make it very clear, the technician KWAN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING- major A+ for effort. Our serious issue of wasp in the house was still not been resolved as of yet. We know the wasp are coming in through the fireplace, but cannot figure out how they are getting in. Kwan legitimately made every effort to find out how they are getting into the fireplace. You could tell it bothered him so much to not be able to resolve the issue. He contacted his Operations Manager Shawn and he advised Kwan that he will come out to help try to figure this out. He is currently out of town but will be coming Monday, November 17th. I will keep updating my review throughout the process. All photos that I have taken over time with the time stamps is attached. *First appointment 11/5/2025 *Reservice appointment 11/7/2025 *Call with Cancellation Team 11/13/2025 *Reservice appointment 11/14/2025 The very first appointment I was supposed to be assured that the wasp problem IN OUR HOME would be taken care of. The tech was very nice, but obviously did not take care of everything that needed to be taken care of as the wasp have still been in our home daily. This was my main concern. I was not really going to be picky about anything else that was not handled, but because the wasp issue in our home has still not been resolved I am going to point out every thing that was not taken care of during the first visit on 11/5/2025- Wasp are still in the house, Wasp nest outside the home were not knocked off the home, spiders, along with their webs were left on the home as well. I cannot make it any clearer that I CANNOT have wasp in our home. I do not care what has to be done, but I need the wasp out. That was the original reason for us hiring a pest control company, otherwise I would not have hired Aptive or any pest control company. On 11/7/2025 we had a reservice as the wasp are still IN THE HOUSE. I made it very clear to this second tech that I need the wasp gone. He sprayed the top part of the chimney and said if there are any wasp in there this will kill them. We STILL have wasp IN THE HOUSE!!!! I am currently on the line with an Aptive Manger named McKyle in the cancellation department and he is assuring me that they are going to send someone back out on 11/4/2025 between 8-10AM to get on the roof and investigate the chimney, and remove any nests, if there are any. The manger is saying that if a nest is not found in the chimney I will need to call back for a "field care request" which is a team that comes out to find where the wasp are and where they are coming from. I am praying that this is all true statements and this gets taken care of, otherwise I will be cancelling with Aptive.
