The technician that came out to do the inside of my home and the outside around my home was really great. She first started by fully explaining how everything that she was going to do that day was going to work and what I should expect after she was done. Then she also explained what, as the home owner, I should do for the best results of the job that was going to be done that day. And then she went and done a really great job and I am so grateful that I did go ahead with Aptive to get the job done because my home was overrun with ants and a couple of other critters that I’m not even familiar with, but since our technician has done such an amazing job I have not seen any of the critters that once upon a time has overrun my home. Love this company and love how professional the technician was and especially how thorough she was as well. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is needing an awesome company to do their bug spraying then do not hesitate to use Aptive. Very well trained people and very professional and knowledgeable people who do their best to make sure that you are very well taken care of and very informed about the whole process. I’ve been with Aptive for about a year now and have been happy with the results. I live on a lake so there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the area. I believe Kaylee was my Tech today and she was awesome. She did such a thorough job inside and out. I believe she’s the best that I’ve had so far; although I have been happy with every tech I’ve had! Great job and great customer service! I highly recommend this company!

I’ve used Aptive for many years and I’m very happy with them. I love how they work with you and always make you feel like a valued customer. Mycal did a great job… he was thorough in answering my questions and focusing on my areas of concern. He didn’t rush through the job. They tell you exactly what they did and send you pictures of it being done. And it’s great that you can assign the same technician to come back instead of having different people in and out of your home.👍

Update: Customer service response rate is top notch! Quickest response time I've ever had and rectified the billing. I can't say how amazing they are. Their technicians are truly wonderful, they explain everything and give you options that best suite your needs. Original: Overall seems to be a good service. I was promised a lower rate of $65 a month for the first year at signup, but have been charged $80 every month. Not sure it’s worth that much, but the service has been good and they have addressed the issues I’ve had with ants.

Great communication from company in scheduling and notifying when they will be at your home. Employees are well mannered and polite. The person that came to my house today, listened to my instructions on certain rooms in the house and went about his job without further delay.
