I had a fantastic experience with Aptive. The technician communicated before arrival, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was professional and thorough in treating our home. We were dealing with ants and spiders/webs (exterior). What impressed me most was their attention to detail and follow-up to ensure the issue was completely resolved.They even provided photos! I highly recommend Aptive to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control. It’s a relief knowing our home is pest-free thanks to their expertise!

Cesar was very professional and took great care of both the inside and outside of our home. He listened to our concerns, especially about mice in the basement and bugs around the house, and addressed everything thoroughly. We’re very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him

We have had Aptive for 3 years. It has been a waste of the $3,000 we’ve spent with them over the last 3 years. We have had the same bug infestation every single summer that they haven’t gotten rid of. We have a vole problem that they also haven’t fixed. We have continually asked for these problems to be checked out and resolved. Today, the individual who came for our service never came in to check the bug infestation I had spoke to him about face to face. He just left after a minimal spray job. We will not be continuing this service.

Is there an option for ZERO STARS!? I would advise everyone NOT to use this company and absolutely do NOT pay for a one time service of any kind. They "do not warranty or guarantee their work" (verbatim) "for customers that pay for a one time service". No where in a contract or signatures does it state that. I paid to have a service completed, that was not completed. When I called Customer service to have them return and finish the job, they gave a a ring around for a week and refused to complete it. It was only two day later that all the hornets re-built their nest, which is what happens when they are not fully treated and removed. The kicker is they actually swung the conversation to make it seem like I was "unhappy with the completed service " when in fact they never completed it to begin with. They even kept trying to get me to pay for a new service all over again, to have the hive removed that I already paid for!! I now have to dispute the charge to my CC company. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. This company is flat out stealing from people.

Matt came out to do the monthly summer service on our lake house and he was great. Very friendly, very thorough and did a great job.

Mikah from Aptive came and treated the outside of my house I told him what I wanted and said I have no bugs on the inside of my house. He took pictures of what he did and I give him a 10/10 and a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating Aptive . Thank you for the great service !
