One day after treatment, we know we made the right decision to have Aptive treat our home. We found a dead black widow which is deadly in my opinion. Both Mark & Cory we very professional. We received photos of the areas that was treatment. We elected to treat inside and outside. They treated the entire acre lot, which I have never heard of a company doing before. Impressed by the service and highly recommend.

Alex from Aptive came out and serviced our house and he provided 10/10 service! He focused on treating for seasonal pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, and silverfish. He applied treatments to the eaves, windows, doors, entry points, perimeter of our home, and any pest hotspots he found on our property. Thank you for your great service Alex!

I am only giving this 5 stars because of the technician that came out. Otherwise, I can’t wait to get out of this contract. Mychal obviously cares about the work and customer service he provides. He was at my home for almost 30 minutes and was working non-stop. Prior technicians have spent 5-10 minutes and did the bare minimum. Mychal was very nice and respectful and even told me he enjoys his job. And it shows. I wish I could have him as my tech every time.

Cory serviced our home today and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. We thank the Aptive team for their professionalism but especially our sales representative Reilly for explaining the initial service and what to expect and Cory for making it smooth and easy. He didn’t take long but he took his time. Great job!

I have had a great experience with every person that has treated our house, always asked if I had any specific areas to treat, thoroughly treats the house, and sends notes and photos after the service is complete. My service professional read my records and knew my concerns. Eureka. He was most accommodating. Only one thing on Aptive is they just changed their policy about placing traps in the attic. We had a terrible water leak due to rodents eating our water lines. Aptive was the only one who came out and placed traps in the attic. As I understand it, the policy has changed. This is huge for me. My service professional was very good. I just have to have my attic checked.

Our termite inspector Tyler Whiteaker did an excellent job during his visit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated.
