Aptive Pest Control has been great to work with. Rescheduling appointments is super easy and the staff has all been great to work with! Jz was at my house today and was AWESOME! His communication was on point and he took the time to address all of our questions. Once we were all set, he sprayed our home inside and out, top to bottom. If you need pest control, I highly recommend you give them a call!

Their quarterly service has been fine, but if you have any problems, their customer service is horrible. You call the main number it goes to a call center. They raised my rate without sending me any notice. I scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window and they were late without a heads up. They didn’t write correct notes for the service tech during inspection and the service tech was not prepared and couldn’t complete service and now I have to be home again, for another appointment that they will probably be late to. I had appointments cancelled via text without any reason or follow up. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in a contract or I would be cancelling. Do better.

I have been using active for the past 2 1/2 years. At which the first year I received a good service. They took the time they sprayed my house inside, my entire yard (which is very small) and did a great job. However, the past several months, they only sprayed the edges of the inside of the house and by the front/back door of the outside and then they’re gone. They are currently charging me 150 which is gone up since I renewed my last contract. And they did not let me know they were increasing the price. Also, I’m always having to remind them to spray a room or an area inside the house that they just seem to walk by. Also scheduling with them is always a struggle. It is upsetting to see that Aptive has let their customer down in their services are not top quality as what they say they are going to be giving you. I have reached out to Aptive with my concerns but only received a response back (from Hanni Joy)saying that they were “sorry”. And they made no attempt to resolve the situation. I’m hoping to hear back from Aptive with the resolution

I am satisfied with the actual spraying service and the job the person is doing. I would give 5 stars based on that. I am un happy with the schedule adaptive pet services keeps. I am supposed to have my house sprayed every 2 months and the schedule they come on is 2 months and 10 days. So I am losing a month every 3 spraying appointments. I would not recommend this company and I will be canceling as soon as possible.

Aptive is a great monthly service to eliminate and control pests. The representatives are always great. They always communicate with us to remind us that they will be coming. They let us know when they are close to our home. They knock at the door to let us know they are there and ask if there are any concerns. They do a thorough job and they’re always very polite. They even send pictures of all the areas they spray if we are not home. I definitely recommend them. Yesterday, we had Manuel and he was awesome.

I did not see the gentleman who did our service today as I was working in my office. He spoke with my mom when the service was done. During the service I was working in my office and heard the most beautiful singing. I first thought it was my mom's cd player or Alexa. Then realized it was coming from outside my office area. What a treat I experienced today. Please share my joy of listening to his beautiful voice. Made my Monday. All the staff that has serviced our home have been professional and courtesy.

Eyra arrived at our home with such a positive attitude and was very informative! She was so sweet to my kids and made sure to do a thorough job!! So professional and on their A-game! 👏🏻 Can’t recommend Aptive enough…

The professionalism of JZ, our service technician, was beyond excellent. I have been with Aptive on and off for the past three years, and this young man was the best that I have encountered. Not only that, if I were the owner of Aptive, I would quickly promote this young man into management and have him oversee the training and service delivery of the company in order to replicate his energy, connectability, professionalism, and service excellence. Clint messaged that he was 30 minutes out and instead of being thankful, I complained that I'd been home all day and now I have to leave to get my boys from school. I was blown away that while I was gone he came by and sprayed the outside. And then during the 10 minutes I'm home in between picking up two sons from school he managed to pop back over and complete the inside and garage for me. Way to go Clint. Your customer service staff Ms Eyra is exceptional. She serviced all the requested areas as best as it could be done for all kinds of pests. She is very polite, courteous, professional & very service oriented. She knows her job very well. Would like her to service our house with pest control going forward.

Aptive Pest Control has always been the best. Today, Eyra, a new pest control specialist to me performed work on the exterior of my residential property today. Eyra reached out ahead of the scheduled appointment and provided me with all of the details of the service. I do receive this great service with mostly every provider that is sent to my property. I've always loved Aptive, not just because of the service, but because they have a core belief in great service that they instill in their employees.
