Very rude, we called and set an appointment for the morning asking them to come to the back door and ring the ring doorbell or we would not hear them. We wanted the weeds to be pulled not just sprayed and that's not a service they offer. We told this to the guy on the phone and he said he put it in the notes but the guy that came out didn't follow any of the instructions. When we did finally come out and told the guy we wanted them pulled not sprayed since we did that already he got mad and said he sprayed something already and to never call him again. In response to the post left by the owner. We explicitly asked the person on the phone if you pulled the weeds he said no but to ask the person that showed up. We also explicitly said that what we needed. We also explicitly said to ring the back ring door bell or that we would not hear you. The person that came ring the non working old front door bell. We never scammed you.
