Entered my Unit with no proper prior notice at a risk of themselves and my German Shepherd as he assists with my PSD and is trained to defend me and our home. Not knowing when they were going to enter my unit I had to leave him caged all day while I was at work when he would normally be out available to me when I come home I felt to bad caging my baby like that. Put a very nasty taste in my mouth as I JUST moved in 2 days ago 😮‍💨 smh. Do better. Update May 28. 12pm: I dont care to talk. Just fill out the forms you all ALREADY have so we can all be safe and informed.

Very good professional customer service. They were not that expensive. I have forwarded Arrow exterminations to other family members and friends.

I really mean it when I say that this is one the best experiences with a company I’ve ever had. We’ve used them as pests popped up over the years, and each time they’ve sent out an exterminator that’s been the best we’ve had yet. Each one of them has been genuinely nice, kind, willing to explain what they’re going to do and why, etc. I mean ALL of them. They’re just cool and nice people. They’ve always gotten the job done and when pests come back with a vengeance (as they sometimes do), these guys come back for no charge and make sure it’s done right. I’ve never had to wait more than 36 hours to get service. It feels to me that they’re doing everything perfectly.

They are always on time, very knowledgeable, great customer service, and we haven't had any problems in the 10 plus years that we've used Arrow. I appreciate their follow up as I am so busy that I forget. It's nice not having to worry because I know they will make an appointment that works for me. I also appreciate that they always call when they are on their way. Arrow is a great company with great people.

Travis was wonderful! He came out to the house last-minute and really put my mind at ease. He went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
