We recently moved back to Marietta to an older home. Arrow did the inspection during our purchase, and we signed with them for a termite bond and pest control. John has been knocking it out of the park. He actively manages his schedule to arrive on time or earlier if agreeable. He listens and explains in enough detail to understand what we're looking at. He chases down issues and advises what to do between treatments. Very happy with his effort. The termite installation was another team member who was thoughful and efficient. We're feeling pretty confident at this point in handling any issues.

Today, Arrow Technician (John Reid) came out for our homes quarterly Interior/Exterior Pest Control praying. His professionalism, directness in setting expectations, as well as his jovial nature, all served for one of THEE BEST customer service dialogues I've had, which left me feeling better informed. Erik was awesome! He took the time to explain the benefits of what arrow has to offer. Have not had any bugs/rodents/pests since Erik with Arrow stopped by. The team at arrow always responds very timely with any questions or concerns I have. Very timely as well. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.

Careful…. Had my fiancé take an early day so that we could schedule an appointment (after we paid to be on contract) and they never showed. I understand it was a Friday and they scheduled an appointment 3-5 but still doesn’t justify making an appointment that late knowing you close around that time and never showing up. Just a heads up for everyone scheduling with a “bigger company” around this area.

I have been using Arrow for 3 years now and they are wonderful. Not only do they keep the bugs away, but they are professional, reliable, flexible, and understanding. Every employee that’s come out has been well trained and knowledgeable, and the wonderful staff that answer the phones and emails are always kind and personable. Cannot recommend this company enough.
