I don't recommended Arrow exterminator at all! I feel scammed by them, charging my card when we finish the cockroaches agreement already!

We have used Arrow (Tucker, GA) for many years - never once have they let us down. In addition to regular insect prevention they have dealt with yellow jackets in the yard and squirrels in the attic. Arrow's in-the-field and office staff are friendly, polite, and professional - great customer service and follow through. And, they are patient with this grumpy old lady. Our Arrow service tech has been extremely diligent about Covid-19 precautions, above and beyond the normal "take care of your home" protocol which is exemplary.

Work on your service recovery process. We hadn’t had inside treatment for two quarters because the tech did not come inside. He never called to reschedule to complete the service. I heard from the business office but never heard from the tech. You’re quick to want to get paid but not to complete the job. After explaining multiple times that I cannot do calls due to work and prefer email no response. Ultimately paid 3/4 of the bill and told them it was due to not completing the service. They never acknowledged but sent a tech out who demanded payment. Finally got the business office to acknowledge the issue but rather than writing off $25 as service recovery and take ownership, instead they blamed me. I oversee customer service for one of the largest employers in Georgia. Writing off $25 as a service recovery for a loyal, multi year customer shows the values of this organization. I am exploring other businesses to switch service due to their lack of reputation management. I have had exceptional service for years but am deeply disappointed by this experience.
