Elijah arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time. He took the time to ask me about any issues I might be having, listened carefully and took the necessary action. He was respectful of my property and made adjustments to the service where necessary to accommodate an expectant mom, a toddler and several pets. Great service! Very friendly and helpful! Pest control service performed by Jared and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Interior spraying was extremely thorough, Jared was right on schedule, and he’s super friendly! (Office personnel that I speak with also should be commended for friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness!)

Gequan did our quarterly pest control and was friendly and personable. He did a great job making sure to spray all the places I'd requested, inside, upstairs and outside. He explained the process and answered all questions I had with a smile.

I had Austin spray indoors during his visit today. He did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it with regard to locations being treated and methods used to treat. Austin also performed the normal quarterly treatment on the exterior of my house and thoroughly explained the services he performed at the point that he was complete. I very much appreciate the explanation and customer service focused attitude!

Austin appeared to be thorough, courteous, professional and very patient in discussing our annual termite bait station check. He replaced one bait station and explained it was not unusual for only one station to require attention. He accepted our payment/check for the annual inspection to return it to the office. We appreciate Austin's service. Arrow is lucky to have a professional like Austin working for their company!

Chris Clines was very knowledgeable about the bait traps and how they will benefit me as a homeowner. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He finished my installation in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with the installation.

Super happy with our service! They are easy to contact, they come out any time I ask them to inbetween services, and are priced competitively! All the workers from the desk to the field are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I never worry about my pets or my home when they come out, and I trust them enough to open the home and let them do service when noone is there. I would not change my service if someone paid me to! Justin Britt was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and courteous techs I have ever dealt with (and as a senior citizen, that is quite a few). He is always welcome here with his warm smile and knowledge of his products.

The service technician, Justin, receives a 5 star. He was on time, polite and very thorough The scheduling office gets 3 stars. I reached out to have my service date earlier than 09/30. The rep said the earliest was 9/25. I accepted. I called on the 24th to get the time and was told the earliest was the 29th between 3-5. I again accepted. I received a call on the 29th notifying me that the appointment was changing to the 3rd. I expressed how unhappy i was. They moved it to the 2nd and discounted me $25. Hopefully next quarter treatment scheduling will go a little smoother
