Johnel recently performed our quarterly service and was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He went above and beyond when he saw some problem areas to ensure our issues would be resolved.

Marquise was very professional. He called me ahead of time to see if I was available earlier, and when I wasn’t, he respectfully waited until I got home. He let me know what he was doing, and he did an excellent job cleaning off the spiderwebs outside of my back porch. Thank you!

When my friend initiated this company it was good. I am highly suspicious (not confirmed at this point) that the product being sprayed has changed My home has seen significant activities in the recent months. This was escalated to Aruza management who recently came to the home and as someone who doesn’t understand the recent activity I find an impeccably rude for a service manager to become irritated with the customer when asking questions.. even after apologizing for my irritation the service manager refused to service the home and left. As someone who was already on the fence about how quarterly service was still experiencing such pest issues, I am happy to depart ways. Will be using a more reputable and reliable company.
