I was very lucky that there had been a cancellation and to get Marcus to arrive the same day I had called to deal with a mouse problem. They had been nibbling on my padded kitchen mat (see photo), no doubt due to the change to cold & wet weather. Atco had been wonderful eight years ago when I needed them last and Marcus came out and did a thorough exploration, laid some additional traps, and drew up a plan to block their access into the house once again. He dealt with my son as I was unable to be at the house, but he was very professional and thorough. I am now waiting to schedule my repair appointment. You should not hesitate if you have any kind of pest problem to contact this company.

For months we had been dealing with an infestation of "drug store" beetles. Despite Kenny's diligence in treatment(s), we could not eliminate the problem because we could not find the food source. Ultimately we tore out a cabinet and found the source. Dry catfood that some mouse had probably stored away some time ago in an unseen compartment behind a 2 X 4. the food was removed and Kenny treated the now hopefully eradicated problem area. We pray the problem is resolved. Kenny was the consummate professional throughout this undertaking supporting us at every turn.

Nathan is great! He is very friendly and will chat briefly with us before he gets down to business. He is in and out very quickly and we have had no problems with pests.

Ken was excellent. Clearly knowledgable, experienced and solution-oriented. He was exceptionally thorough, discussed options with gradations of intensity of effort and expense. And completed some near term measures to address the immediate issue. And he is easy to work with. Very impressed and happy with his service.

Mr. Vanier has continually provided excellent service to our home and we are very grateful to him for his outstanding service and friendly attitude over the many years he has worked with us. We chanced to meet him outside our house today and he was as friendly as he has always been as he continues to work with us to keep our home pest free.

Brett was great. Clear, communicative and helpful. We needed more traps and weren’t sure if the amount of activity we’d been getting he got us the extra traps and gave us a good diagnosis on rodent activity.
