Tony did ok. We were told this included Dewey the entire home and this was not done. Webs were still present on porches and window particularly in the garage windows and there was no spraying around windows in garage where the biggest concentration of spiders is seen. Since the primary purpose of getting this device was to get rid of spiders it seems based on what was done and what we thought would be done but was not that whether the job was adequate will only be seen with time. Dewebbing definitely did not me our expectations

We bought a new home that had been vacant for several months and desperately needed to be sprayed. Atlus was recommended to us and they scheduled us for service immediately. Christian was our tech and he did a great job. Called and let us know he was on his way, answered all our questions, and did a very thorough job.

Love Atlus and their staff. Always super supportive, customer focused, genuine, and extremely quick response times. Our engineer who services our home is super nice and polite and extremely happy he will be our consistent pest control engineer. 10 stars!

James and Caleb dropped by our house. While, initially I wasn’t all that keen On another vendor selling services, they were very personable and took good care of us with fair prices. It was even better seeing how diligent and attentive the detail they were in servicing the house. On top of that, they were very personable and engaging with the kids and we had a nice evening just visiting while they took care of the service. Really gives a Sincere meaning to the idea of a family own business. I’d say it was money well spent.

Technician called 30 min prior to arrival just so I knew exact arrival time. She asked if there were any particular areas that I wanted sprayed and inspected. She explained how I could tell if there were areas of increased activity She noted that I could call the office any time I saw increased bug activity and would like them to come out, I didn’t have to wait until my next appointment. Very happy with my service
