Tim and his crew did an EXCEPTIONAL job of treating my condo. Not only did they eradicate the bugs, their superior customer service was comforting and reassuring. They are extremely professional, kind and patient. They did a very thorough job throughout my condo. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about these pests and he put my mind at ease. They also offer financing, which allowed me to get this service quickly. I'm sooo very grateful that I found them. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

A year ago I paid almost 2K for bed bug services. Within a month I had to call them back out because we still had them. The 2nd appointment we kept waiting for them to show, finally my husband called and they had forgot about our appt. They came out the 2nd time and we still had bugs. It's very inconvenient to spend all that money and find a place to put your animals for an entire day and a place for yourself to go, only to still have the problem. Here we are a year later and the problem is worse than it ever has been. Follow up appts were never discussed like the website says. If it was and they stayed on top of the service they offer than I may not have a horrible problem now. Next time I will be going with a different company. Update: Yes I was charged well over $1400. If that isn't what you charge then that's even more of a problem with your employees as i never received a receipt either. And no one brought them back into my house. There was compartments of my couch that were never opened the first time yall came out and they were still alive in there. When I called yall back out the 2nd time I told them they would need to open the couch console but when we got home we still saw them and those compartments were still not open. And you can't say someone brought them back in when we arrived home after yall left and still saw some alive. It's even worse customer service to blame the customer instead of taking accountability for your employees not doing a thorough job.

I did some more research and found they they also had a great 5 star rating on google review and decided to give them a call. The appointment was schedule next day which was amazing. After using them today I understand why they are so highly rated. Barry was punctual and very professional. He walked me through the process and put my mind at ease with some concerns I had about the chemical products. He wore his face covering the entire time and automatically put his boot covers on before entering my home. He took the utmost care when servicing my home.
