Well I read every review on this website and I can't believe the people are giving good reviews because they couldn't have spoke to the woman that I spoke to on the phone when I called. This was not the first time that I spoke to her but it was the second I remember her because she was so rude. Last year I called and told her about the sump down the alley and I was getting ate up by mosquitoes and she could care less she said you're going to have mosquitoes no matter what I understand that but they could still come out and spray the sump again that's their job. I didn't leave a bad review last year but I called again this year and I told her about the green pool that is behind my house and she was very rude and said I was going to have mosquitoes no matter what and that they probably already treated that pool that they know about all the green pools in Bakersfield. So she asked me what the address was I gave her the address and she said yeah we've already treated that pool. There was no offer to come out and look at it or maybe even just to drive by and spray it again it did me absolutely no good to call that place so this year you're getting a bad review. If she doesn't like her job she should find a new one where she doesn't have to deal with customers because she's not good at it!

When I initially made the appointment for Kern Mosquito to come out to the house they indicated it may take 2 to 3 weeks. Much to my surprise they came out within 8 days of contacting them. I learned a lot about mosquitoes during this 15 minutes. Steven was helpful, polite and professional.

Zero accountability! Bottom line another government agency only interested in building pensions & benefits! I forgot government employees don't actually do, they will give you self-help information. So end of day I had to purchase & execute mosquito controls... still getting bit and attempting to control mosquito's....sad when you think about the financial retirement golden parachute government employees get and we still have to pay again to do their job ourselves. Spent $180 on bug light per their recommendation still biting. All neighbors getting bit and vector couldn’t care any less !
