Ronnie was great! He understood we needed extra time to get our cats in carriers and out of the house, and he was understanding and patient about it. He explained that the chemicals were non-transferable after two hours, which made us feel safe about our pets being in contact with the treated areas. We haven’t seen ants in our studio, so that’s great news, and cats are grateful as their dry food is now ant free!

I had a terrible experience with Banner Pest Control and would not recommend them. I booked a termite inspection for my mother-in-law’s home, where she cares for her elderly, bedridden mother. I paid $200 for an in-depth inspection, including the crawlspace, but the first technician didn’t even go under the house and seemed clueless. We had to request a second tech, who found live termites and recommended a $2,000 treatment, which we approved. Scheduling was a nightmare. I called ahead to confirm the treatment was safe for my mother-in-law’s bees, but it took a day to get a vague response about blocking foundation vents. She moved her bees as a precaution, only for the office to call the morning of the appointment saying the tech was sick. They tried to reschedule us a week later, despite the major inconvenience of rearranging everything. After pushing back, we got a next-day slot from 2-4 PM. The tech never showed up, and by 4:30 PM, the office had no answers. The next day, they claimed the tech knocked for 30 minutes and tried calling—completely untrue. My mother-in-law and her bedridden mother were home the entire time, and we had no missed calls. The office staff was polite but utterly failed on follow-through and professionalism. The lies to cover their mistakes were unacceptable. I’m shocked they have so many good reviews. Avoid this company at all costs.

Wow, what an incredible experience from top to bottom. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and personable: from the person who scheduled our WDO inspection, to Tom our technician who called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier in the day, to the nice office coordinator who let us know our house key wasn't in the lockbox, back to Tom who was incredibly gracious when we let him know our realtor had changed the lockbox that morning and were sending someone to get him the key. The inspection was thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. Letting you know now folks, *this* is the company you want for all of your pest needs. Hands down, no questions.

Considerate, communicative and friendly are probably the best way to describe my experience with Selvin. I was mortified to learn on day one in my new apartment, there was a pest problem. Selvin came in, asked questions regarding what I was seeing, what my concerns were and guided me through the process.
