We had Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control out today, and Daniel was the technician who treated our lawn. He applied fertilizer and a fire ant treatment. Daniel was a nice young man—professional, courteous, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was covered. Great service all around!

These guys have been taking care of my yard for a while now, and my grass always looks great with barely any work on my end. They’re super responsive and easy to deal with—not pushy or corporate like some of the bigger companies. Just a solid, reliable service. Highly recommend.

So I've had barefoot service for a little while now, when I bought another house I transferred Services over to there, they were very accommodating with everything. One thing about them I really appreciated was their flexibility with scheduling, as well as urgency on follow-up services. All the technicians that I've experienced have been very friendly, Brian in particular has come to my house a couple times now and has been an absolute delight. He is punctual, friendly, extremely helpful and I hope that he is my main service technician moving on. I have been offered by another company to switch Services over to them, however with Brian's help I was able to get an even better offer by staying with barefoot. Thank you to both the manager as well as to Brian for helping make that happen.

We recently switched to Barefoot Mosquito’s lawn treatment to help with heat and drought damage to our lawn made worse from water restriction rules the past two years. Alan S. Does a great job! He’s very knowledgeable about types of weeds and lawn diseases and the lawn food product is still safe for my thriving pollinator garden beds. I highly recommend Alan S. with Barefoot Mosquito if you need to get your lawn back to looking marvelous again and healthier to withstand our excessive summer heat.

Excellent Service! Highly Recommend! I recently had Pest Control at my house technician, [Brain], was amazing! He arrived on time, was super professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was very thorough in treating all areas and gave me some helpful tips to prevent pests from returning. What really stood out was his attention to detail and knowledgeable he was. He even removed the bee hive from the roof which was close to the door. I haven’t had any pest problems since the treatment, and I feel much more at ease in my home. I highly recommend this company if you’re dealing with pests. Great customer service and excellent results!

Isaiah did a wonderful job with our pest control. He was polite, thorough and punctual. We’ve been using Barefoot since they were Bob Jenkins and this is probably the best service we’ve had. Isaiah single-handedly is keeping us with them.

I can’t say enough good things about Dustin from Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control. His professionalism and responsiveness consistently stand out. He truly goes above and beyond what’s expected. A recent example really impressed me — during his routine visit, he noticed a roadkill just outside my property and took it upon himself to report it to the city right away, without me even asking. That kind of initiative and care shows that he’s not just there to do a job, but that he genuinely looks out for the well-being of his clients and their property. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and conscientious these days. Highly recommend Dustin and the Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control team for their outstanding service and genuine customer care!

Isaiah is my service provider and he is excellent. He is thorough, polite, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Could not be happier about him being my service professional. On that note however - the new company “Barefoot “ I am not pleased with their policies. I have been a customer for over 20+years and I don’t have them on auto pay - my payment did not get to them on time for a glitch in my banking practices. The young lady (I believe it was Kim - was very polite, nice and very apologetic for the new way of doing business) in the office. I believe she worked there when it was Bob Jenkins. She said she could see I was a very long time customer. The new company “Barefoot” would not come out and service my home till the payment arrived. I have absolutely no history of non payment with them and was shocked when they said they would not come out and repeat because I was having a problem with some bugs. Completely understand needed to be paid but I was shocked in their way with handling a late payment. My fault for not being on time but no history of ever not paying in over 20 years - I miss Bob Jenkins way of doing business. Anyway I will stay with “Barefoot” because Isaiah is so good at his job and knows exactly how I like my home treated. So kudos to Isaiah and Kim.

So sorry for all of the people that are new to this company and think they are great. Bob Jenkins was great and sadly y’all will never understand how above and beyond this company was before the buyout. Steve if you are reading this, please know you are missed and you are the absolute best tech ever! You left according to the customer service rep and we have now too. This company does not value its customers, people’s time, or the homes they service. The first time a random tech showed up I figured maybe our normal guy was sick so I let him in thinking he would show the same respect and care for our home but not at all. We have an infant that is crawling and this guy came in with no care spraying babies toys and everything else. After that terrible service, the same guy showed up after they automatically scheduled us so we said to only to service the outside. I finally called and found out our guy is gone. And now we are too. The automatic scheduling and inability to reach customer service is ridiculous. They have definitely changed the product too as we have not had issues in all of our years with Bob Jenkins but whatever the new company uses is subpar. Bye barefoot you will not be missed.

The company as a whole is always so reliable — their communication is excellent, and I always know when they’re on the way. Their customer service has consistently been exceptional, which is why I’ve stayed with them. Highly recommend Barefoot Mosquito & Pest and definitely appreciate technicians like Isaiah who go above and beyond!
