I called every single local exterminator when I discovered a bedbug in my room and these guys were absolutely the most pleasant to deal with by far. They were responsive, gave me a quote immediately over the phone, didn't make me jump through hoops to talk to someone and were direct and transparent about their offerings, pricing and schedule. They were also one of the cheapest available. A lot of places capitalize on customers in stressful situations, making you schedule an in person consultation before giving you a quote so you're "bought in" with them, make you listen to their entire spiel about how their products are different (they're not), trying to further disempower you when you're down so you'll pay a premium for them to save you. It was absolutely maddening navigating all of this. Just call these guys and they'll get it done. They offer heat treatment, "aprehend" fungal spray and hybrid. Their prices in 2025 for a 2,000sq ft home with 7 bedrooms was $1/sq ft for heating, $1,450 for hybrid (heating affected rooms and spraying the whole house) or $950 for just the spray. Also when I gave their number to a friend whose house I'd worried I'd contaminated instead of just taking their money they suggested a much cheaper bedbug sniffing dog (different company) to confirm an infestation before they did any work saving my friends probably around $1,000 and lots of stress. Anyway Fellipe was great and so was everyone else at the company we talked to and the treatment was effective! They seem younger than other companies in the game, didn't misgender anyone etc etc. Okay thats it, I can't say enough good things. choose these guys and save yourself the trouble.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this company. I have been meaning to write this review for a while, and I am finally getting around to it. The team is extremely knowledgeable, and I want to especially highlight how wonderful Ivan was when he came out to treat my apartment. He is super kind, patient and extremely empathetic since the bug issue was stressing me out. If only there were more people like Ivan in this world! What an excellent experience all around! Nobody wants to have to call these guys. But when Jeremy picked up the phone, he patiently and thoroughly put our worries at ease. They offer a comprehensive and complete service plan to fight the bed bug battle. Keith was our technician and he was awesome! He was on time, professional and efficient. He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to be very communicative throughout the whole process. Keith did an overall excellent job from beginning to end. He did his best initial assessment based on the photo, and then Keith, the technician, came for an on-site inspection.
