This company was outstanding. From my first call to the office to the work they did everyone was helpful and friendly. We had a small office building complex which was a lot of work, The inspection was thorough, the price was completely reasonable, and the work was done quickly and well. Highly recommend

Stanley was incredible. I called for a consultation. When Stanley arrived at my unit for an in-depth assessment, he gave me a ton of advice and REAL help. This company does not use scare tactics like other companies. They are honest, transparent with what they believe you need for your pest control, and they are incredibly honest. I’ll always call Bay Area Rodent Solutions if I ever need assistance again!

We were happy with the work they did, but we had some follow up issues and the response was basically to pound sand. Not happy with that. Rats are relentless. I called, and Bay Area Rodent Solutions came right out, diagnosed how those tricky suckers got back in, and fixed it better than the original.

I would recommend this company to my friends. They are very motivated to eliminate rodents from your house. They promise to return if we have a problem again. They went to extreme effort to close up my house including a challenging effort with my garage door. Their price seems to be competitive.

Hired them for a full clean and sanitation and they hardly did a thing. All they did was vacuum up the rat droppings and take a few of the soiled items. They only spent 20-30 minutes and have the audacity to charge you over $1000. I watched them on my security camera the whole time and they barely wiped down any of my furniture/items when the service they supposedly offer says they'll remove your items for you then clean and wipe off all your stuff. I was originally going to rate them 3 stars until I found multiple items still covered in rat droppings and streaks and they didn't even bother wiping up the floor which you could clearly see still had rat footprints all over it. Horrible service, horrible company, never hiring them again and I suggest you save yourself the insane charge and find a company that actually does what they promise!
