From start to finish, this team of people, Dori, Kendall, Steve, and Dave have been fantastic. From the first conversation to the treatment of my brother's house, they have treated us like family. They were quick to respond to the many questions(even if it was a dumb one), and very helpful showing kindness during it all. THANK YOU ALL!!

I spoke to Dori about a bedbug I found in my apartment, and she was so helpful! My roommates and I have never dealt with bedbugs, so naturally we were stressed out. Dori confirmed it was a bedbug and told us everything we needed to do to check for more and prevent them from getting worse. Thankfully, it was only one bug! Dori took the time out of her day to share her knowledge with us free of charge, which was so kind. If I ever need extermination services in the future, I would choose them!

Upon first reaching out to this company, my fears were eased, and I was met with a friendly staff person, Kendra, who answered all my questions and walked me through the process or ridding my home of bugs. A couple days prior to treatment, I had questions that kept coming up, and Kendra was quick and friendly in her responses. As it ended up, we did not have bedbugs in our home, however, we did have bat bugs which look identical to bedbugs. Kendra was very honest in telling me this, and promptly canceled our upcoming treatment. She was so upfront and honest, mentioning their company strives to help its customers, not nickel and dime them for every penny. My money was quickly refunded, and I was referred to a trustworthy pest control company that could help us get rid of the bats in our attic, and subsequent bat bugs. It's always so good to ask questions! Because if we had gone through with heat treatment and not asked, our problem never would've been eradicated. Despite not using the heat treatment provided by this company, I have full faith in their word and the quality of the products they utilize to help their customers. Dori was SO helpful when I called and expressed my concerns. We didn’t end up needing services but she walked me through all the steps to eliminate our issue. I stayed at an airbnb and had brought back a few bed bugs. She was kind, understanding, let me know that I wasn’t alone and told me to reach out any time for any questions. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I called these guys. My elderly father had an issue. We set an appointment for them to come out to my father and his wife's house. They arrived to the appointment on time that morning. Oh BTW, they are a one and done company. Well they really are a one and done company. They said what they were going to do and the did what the said. I am completely impressed by them. There are not to many left like these guys. Anyway they did a fabulous job. Would recommend to anyone, anytime. I would use them anytime again. Great job Keep doing what you are doing.

I developed a bedbug problem after going to a public laundromat. I went to two different bedbug specialists, who were unable to help me with my horrendous problem! Then I called Michigan Bed Bug Specialists. When they say, “One and Done” they mean it! The two technicians, brothers, met me in the morning. They were kind and understanding.
