Called Thursday due to our daughter being stung near a burrow within our condo complex that we have a contract with. They scheduled Saturday afternoon to treat. When the exterminator got here he said it was Yellow Jackets and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. Offered to pay whatever to make things safe for daughter's and neighborhood kids. He refused to treat the burrow and left. Unbelievable. Also had the same gentleman stop by randomly asking access to the interior of our unit without scheduling it. Confirmed with the lady in charge of the HOA that they never did contact anyone concerning the treatments before hand. Customer service seems to be poor with this company who appear to be big enough to loose clients for volume over quality.

Top notch service! David was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived early, assessed the flea infestation in my yard and explained what he was going to do. When finished, he summarized what he did and gave me pointers to prevent future infestations. I highly recommend this company.

Met our technician, Grant, for the first service on our new house today. Super impressed by his friendliness, time spent explaining what all he’d be doing, and answering every question we had! First time using Beebe’s, and will be continuing using them for certain!! Highly recommend!!!

Grant has been servicing my yard for over a year and is always professional and thorough. Worked around my very variable and difficult schedule as well! Always reminds me if I have more issues with pest to give them a call! Def would recommend them!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. The people in the office transfer you from one to another if you have an issue and it seems none of them know how to help you. I’ve been hung up on. They only schedule you if they’re ’in your area’ so you will be left waiting 2+ weeks which is particularly not okay if you have an infestation and young children. They are not very knowledgeable and their methods can vary depending on who you get. We continued to have live cockroaches in our property (which we never had when serviced by Arrow). If you’re not at home, no one tries to call you and they will make a mess of your yard, leave and charge you full price. Arrow will call you, you can choose to give them a code, and they will treat your property as normal whether you’re there or not. Renee in the office was unprofessional and began to give me details as to why her supervisor was not available rather than just answering my question ‘when will your supervisor be back?’ I have now left a voicemail with the original employee who signed us up (I don’t know what else to try!) so hopefully they can redeem themselves a little and make it easy to depart from their service.

JT did an amazing job taking care of my pest needs this morning! He was courteous and kind and went above and beyond to make sure that he did a thorough check of my yard! Very pleased customer & I highly recommend JT at Beebe’s pest control!!

A friend recommended BeeBe to me, immediately I was at ease from the quote to the renewal price, office team and their friendly attitude. Grant the installation Tech, is fantastic - professional and explained everything he was going to do from the install of the new Sentricon system which covers not only the home but the detached 4 car garage to renewal reviews! He made sure to let me know when he was done and what to expect next (invoice, emails, etc..). So happy with the service, price and professionalism, that I renewed - Grant was back out and did the inspections, it being the Gulf Coast (Bayou La Batre) we discussed a Borate + treatment, again reasonable pricing. Grant was out to complete the work with that same professional and friendly attitude - explained everything. I had called the office about a State document so that I could sale the house/refinance - since Grant was already here they worked it out for him to complete the inspection that day! Such Great Service! I was able to get all of the documents to the bank! JD is our normal tech. He’s always very receptive to any issues we’ve had with any bugs. He fully treats outside and the garage and inside whenever we ask. Very thorough and friendly.
