Great attention to detail and consistent communication... quick, timely and effective service! This was our first service with Beeline after having recently left one of their competitors because of numerous failures to adhere to our no contact request for exterior only treatments (we work from home and are often on calls). We have gone ahead and signed a service agreement with Beeline... highly recommend!

My technician, Frank, answered all my questions. He understood I had tried everything under the sun to get rid of bed bugs. I pointed to my theater furniture, pivoted the headrest, and reclined it so he could see the crevices I sprayed down. Frank found crevices I couldn't believe I missed! Frank is an expert in his field and I was lucky to wait on my back deck in order to come back in the house after Frank treated my home. Mind you, I live in a two story house (over 1,400 square feet) and my bill was just as I expected. Other pest control companies would charge $99.00 just to inspect my home for bed bugs; Beeline Pest Control didn't charge me for their inspection! I asked for their guarantee that their chemical product would get rid of the bed bugs and I received their guarantee. Gabriel was amazing! He was prompt, professional, and took care of my wasp problem thoroughly. He even checked the perimeter for other nests and explained all of Beeline’s services in detail. What impressed me most was how careful he was around my kids while spraying indoors, even though the products are eco-safe. He was respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable—so much so that I switched from my old company to Beeline. Highly recommend Gabriel!Hopefully he can service my home in the future.

We have used Beeline for over 5 years and have always found them professional and efficient. While most of our experience is in regards to quarterly service, we have had to reach out when we’ve had an isolated event. They were able to respond and deal with the “intruder”. We can’t imagine using anyone else for protecting our home.

Technician explained everything thoroughly and completed the service quickly. Hopefully it takes care of the wasp infestation but really like the 90 day guarantee if it doesn’t wipe them out the 1st time!

I was not home at the time of the technician visit. My wife informed me that the tech was super kind and informative. He did a very thorough job. We have been very pleased with the professional staff that treat our home on a quarterly basis. We were impressed with Pedro Soto and his knowledge when discussing Bulwark’s termite treatment plans. Pedro answered all my questions and promptly returned to place bait stations as disclosed in estimate.

11/08/2025: Francisco did a great job treating my residential property in Cibolo Texas! He sprayed the exterior perimeter and the lawns to protect my house against insects. He also checked all the bait boxes and replenished the bait as needed to ensure proper abatement of possible rodents. A good thing with Winter right around the corner. He also replaced the sticky traps at each side of my garage doors. A big Thanks to my treatment technician Francisco as well as the entire team at Beeline! I highly recommend Beeline; they are the best!

Very happy with Beeline service. Technician was very polite and helpful. Very impressed that he even noticed and treated wasp nest I didn't even know I had. Will certainly use again. Price very reasonable compared to others.

I called Beeline pest control 11/19/25 to address the ant problem I was having. Steven the technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the different types of ants that are common to our area and what to look out for. He did a thorough inspection all around the house as well as the front and back yard. He also identified a few termites around our neighbors wood fence. He then gave us the quote for treating our home inside and outside as well as the trees and yard. The price and was great and we received a 90 day warranty as well. Great customer service from start to finish. I would recommend Beeline
