He called 15 minutes ahead of time, was punctual, and immediately got to work. ​The execution was flawless. Our tech, Rodney, has been wonderful. He heard my concerns and educated me on what he would be doing. Furthermore, he did it with the best attitude! I really appreciate the time he took to talk to me and ensure I was informed on what he has been doing on my bi-monthly service. He was also very patient with my dog which I really appreciated!

Update October 2025 - Alex did an awesome job again !! He is extremely thorough and personable, explaining everything he does. Also, a week later Mike came to do a free termite inspection and teach me more about termite prevention - he was super genuine and helpful, a very kind soul. Update August 2025 - Alex provided an exceptional followup visit ! Fast, friendly and efficient !! Update: just had my initial visit today! Jason was absolutely awesome - super friendly and taught me a lot about what he does. Very grateful for his amazing help ! Justina provided very courteous service and helped me sign up for service today! She and her manager clearly care about the customer experience. Darrell is fantastic! He did a great job educating me on what types of pests we can see and what he is doing to treat the property for them.
