These guys are pros! So professional and prices are very reasonable. They show up on time- and don’t charge for in between calls. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Kaitlyn was so helpful with clarification of a question as well and so very kind! Great folks to work with!

Earning their pay from day one! Called yesterday to set up the service. They were out today to spray. This evening we found her lying dead by our back door.

Called for service and was so excited and felt Letha was awesome with giving me detailed information about the service and how to get it started and how to get it going. Can’t wait for the results. I’ve been at war with roaches for about a month and I hope this will do the job.

We bent over backwards scheduling time off work, prepping house, and arranging alternative housing only to have this company no-show and fail to properly treat an infestation. They lock you into an (undisclosed) auto renewing contract and don't fully treat your property, most likely to keep your business. Weeks later multiple "treatments" and bugs are worse than before we called. Buyer beware.

I would NEVER recommend Barrett Pest Control. When I first called, I asked for a VERY specific service. The customer rep assured me it was noted and the tech would come prepared. When the tech arrived, he was completely clueless about our issue and didn’t have the right tools or chemicals to treat it. Instead, he told me to pack up my dogs and child so he could “just do basic pest control” (not what we needed). He was also supposed to spray our half-acre exterior — but thanks to our security cameras, I saw he never did. Somehow, he also claimed he treated all 3,200 sqft of our home in under 5 minutes. Impossible. Two weeks later, after being promised the right service this time, another tech arrived with no notes, no proper materials, and the same problem all over again. I’ve been calling daily since September 11th trying to get a resolution. It’s now October 1st, and I still haven’t received a courtesy call from a manager or leadership. I was told today a refund was issued this afternoon and my contract will be canceled, but we’ll see if in 5-7 business days I actually get remembered. The customer service is trash. This company treats clients with zero regard, takes no accountability, and their management team is completely unresponsive. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom how a company with service this poor is still in business. Avoid Barrett Pest Control at all costs.

Barrett pest control has canceled service on my manager multiple times without notifying us. My manager has wasted hours waiting for them at the property. We have urgent pest control issues we advise them of for a rehab and sale of my property. They we're advised how important the services for the rehab and sale of my property. They just now canceled the second appointment without any type of notification. We escalated to a supervisor who assured us this would not happen again however it did. We run a property management company and I have many rental properties and cannot run a business like this. This has negatively impacted the showing and sale of my property. Their service and communication is absolutely horrible.

Would not recommend! Nice people but terrible service and a huge lack of integrity. Manager would not return my call either. Service tech came out to inspect my house and do the service but his equipment broke down so he wasn't able to do the service. He told my wife he would come out the next morning to complete the service but never showed up. My wife called him to ask him where he was and he said that the office was supposed to call her. The office never did. I called the office and expressed my disapproval when we were told the technician would be out the following morning and never showed up. The office reached out to the technician and the technician said he never said that he would come out the next morning. Talk about a lack of integrity and lying to your customers. If you treat your customers like this why on earth would anybody want to do business with your company. I canceled my service with them and I'm going with somebody more reliable I suggest you do the same.
