Ross usually does my pest control treatments and he is great! Professional and respectful of property. My only complaint about Berrett as a whole is that i only get one day notice that they are coming and with an interior remodel going, it is often impossible to get things to a place where they can come in (or for me to move appointments around) to complete the service in that period of time. Other than that, they are great!

If it was such a thing to give 10 or more stars, I definitely would do that. Don is always on time within the scheduled time frame. He’s very, very polite. He’s always very nice. And most importantly he’s very professional at all times. He always responds back to any of my concerns. He is by far one of the best techs with Berrett. I really appreciate his services. Brandon was the best , in fact all of the technicians that have ever come out are simply knowledgeable, professionalcaring and friendly and especially John. I have been using Barrett's Pest Control now for almost five years and I'm very pleased with their services. They're always on time and John calls when he's outside and he also calls when he finishes to tell me to come close my garage. Excellent Customer Service.

Clayton was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand what precautions I could take to make it harder for bugs to get in the house. He was patient, even though he had a list of houses he had to get to. I appreciated him taking the time to look things over carefully and give me a short course about some of the basics of pest control.

He listened to what we wanted and what we’d observed so far, then he efficiently put together a quote for us. The actual service was scheduled for just 2 days later! This is our first time using Berrett’s services, but I definitely recommend calling them!
