BEYOND PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I had a technician come by and spray my home today. He tracked muddy footprints ALL throughout my ENTIRE house!!! It’s all over the floor, the carpet, on my children’s play-mats in their bedroom, and playroom. He even went as far as stepping on my 4yr old son’s BED!!!!! WHAT!!!!! THE!!!!!! HELL!!!! We have four very small children. They crawl all over the floors, play, etc. Therefore we do NOT allow shoes in our home WHATSOEVER!!! My youngest 1yr old child is IMMUNE COMPROMISED… we keep our house SPOTLESS because we have to, she gets sick easily and ends up in the hospital for 3-4 days every. single. time. I spent over an hour mopping up every single bit of mud but it’s all over my carpets and I don’t have the right equipment to properly clean it up. This is totally unacceptable. Did this man not have any human decency?!?! The footprint on my son’s bed is my breaking point!!! Frustrated, upset, pissed off, all of the things!! I am DONE with this company!!

Berrett Pest Control has been handling my home’s pest control needs since 2023, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Berrett Pest Control has been phenomenal! Whether it’s amazing customer service when calling their office or having the technicians out, we have only had great experiences. We recently had Ryan come and spray our new home. He kept everything friendly, professional and fast (my favorites since I work from home and can’t be away from my desk for long). I believe it is important to acknowledge excellence in customer service and that is what i received from Abby! She not only handled my situation with professionalism, but also with compassion. She also took the time to share the process and educate me. Her calming and warm demeanor made me feel better about my situation and hopeful. They also were available to provide same day service and that is commendable, especially before a holiday. When I had to call her back, I spoke with Christina and Linda and they were eager to provide support to me to assist Abby which says so much about the team environment and culture of this company as they too were so gracious and helpful. I will be telling all of my friends and family about Berrett!

I’m so excited I found this company! When I first called they were very helpful and welcoming and didn’t question why I wanted them to come out to an apartment complex. Matt served me and he was very nice and friendly. He explained what he was spraying and how long it’ll take for it to kick in and the importance of the spray. Matt was very nice and got the job done pretty quick. Thank you so much Matt and thank you berrett pest control for coming out last minute and helping me today! I will definitely go with the company again!

First time using this company and I was more than pleased with how great they are. I called them in the morning and they were able to come that day. Jarred was amazing! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, explained exactly what he was doing, and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated how respectful he was of our home and how detail-oriented he was throughout the service.

Been a customer for a few months now. Paying $65 a month for the quarterly spraying in and out along with termite inspections. Had a lizard in the house so gave them a call. They couldn’t get to my place for 6 days for a 5 minute job laying glue traps. Called the day before they were supposed to come to let them know when I’ll be at work and they said they wouldn’t be able to make it work so I’d have to reschedule. After asking a few simple questions the lady said they can drop off the glue traps. If all they’re doing is putting glue traps down why should I wait six days. They could’ve just sent those in the mail or something. Would’ve gone and got the traps myself if I wasn’t already paying for their service. Customer service says what they think you want to hear so you can end the call. Didn’t seem bothered by anything and didn’t care how nonsensical the situation was. Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. Go anywhere else.
